Answer:	They are RGB. I have not connected the ASUS color control software. When plugged into my phone, the ROG symbol cycles the colors automatically which is good enough for me.

Answer:	I don't know what you mean by "tilt the aio to look awkward"... the block of the AIO needs to sit flush against the CPU. If you're using all four RAM slots and your RAM has a thick heat spreader the hoses coming off the block might be a little snug but it should fit. I'm using a MasterLiquid ML360R and it fits just fine.
