Answer:	I believe you are asking if this watch is an 'autowinder'. This watch is not an Autowinder. It has a quartz movement which requires a battery. That being said I do own several Invicta autowinders and although they keep excellent time once started they will stop if not worn for several days. I enjoy the convenience of quartz movements being always ready (as long as the battery is good). There are few Quartz movement watches in the marketplace that are Autowinders the ones that are used movement to spin a small generator which then supplies a charge to the rechargeable battery inside. The Seekonk Kinetic line is of this type. IN ONE SENTENCE 'NO THIS IS NOT A AUTOMATIC WINDING WATCH'. It is still a very nice timepiece as I've found with the other day 22 Invicta watches I'very enjoyed owning. Sorry for the long winded response. I get carried away talking watches, sometimes. You can very easily install new SPD-compatible pedals on your bike if you would like to change that. Search online for guidance.

Dual Pedal

If your pedal has both SPD and Delta style connections, then you're good to go!

Some pedals come equipped with a different connection method on each side of the pedal. As long as one side of your pedal can accommodate an SPD cleat, you can use our shoes with ease (as long as you have an SPD cleat installed, of course).

Answer:	Mine fit pretty true to size but they are a bit narrow. This is common as I have wide feet so I put a shoe stretcher in over night and now they fit perfectly.
