Example order of 2 will contain 2 food pans, order of 4 will contain 4 food pans and so on. Same goes for the extra components like 1 rack, 1 water pan, 1 cover. With the exception of 2 fuel pots per each setting.

Answer:	No, it heats to a certain temperature and remains at that temperature for approximately 2 hrs. after unpluging

Answer:	Yes! Very good. Been using it like that for years now. It does not get super hot like the cheap foreign made ones sold in some stores. This is much safer. I would strongly reccomend you buy a timer and don't leave it on all of shabbos. That's not safe at all.

Answer:	I have absolutely no idea. I have not spent the time or money to measure the surface temperature of the warmer throughout the Min-Max range indicated on the temperature control knob. If it is to hot we turn it down. If it is not hot enough we turn it up. probably a good idea to start Min setting and work higher to the desired temperature. It is an excellent appliance.
Question:	Has anyone tested for the temperature range, from lowest to highest? Especially interested in lowest temperature

Answer:	You should address this to the manufacturer not the customer. The pot is in stainless steel and works great.
Question:	How long does it take to warm up
Answer:	Yes in terms of maximum (to the brim) yield of steamed rice, and it specifies that you thus start with 10 cups of uncooked rice. I have one and it is very big. To respond to your query I just now poured 20 cups of water into it and that fills it to the very top ridge with cups of water as the measuring unit. I would recommend you would not want to make 20 cups of finished steamed rice but maybe 18 cups to the very max. But maybe you could do 20 cups and it would be great! I think a lot of people complain about this and other rice cookers spurting water while cooking so have some space around it for that possibility ESPECIALLY if you're cooking toward the upper limits. I actually cook MUCH smaller amounts of rice but wanted the largest one to help avert problems with the spurting while boiling/steaming the rice, but the spurting doesn't bother me as I factor it in when setting up the rice cooker.

Answer:	No. It's a warming tray. Just for the sake of testing, I placed a small refrigerated pot of leftover soup on the tray for about an hour. All I got was a waste of electricity. The tray is intended to keep cooked food warm. and it does that very well.

Answer:	Each shelf can hold one 4" deep full hotel pan.

Answer:	The shelves are removable BUT a deeper pan will not work. Deepest pans that work would be the 3" disposable aluminum pans.

Answer:	No this warmer operates without water. You can add an additional small water tray that is mounted underneath the bottom shelf.
Question:	What is a water pan for and will you include it? Also, can you use this to heat food up as opposed to keeping it hot
Answer:	The water pan is so that you can add water to the pan which slowly evaporates creating a more humid environment. It is helpful if you will be keeping the food uncovered to keep it from drying out as quickly. Food warmers are designed to keep food hot but not heating up cold food. So the food should already be hot.

Answer:	Thank you for you question. The skillet with the legs are one piece once assembled. The lid and the thermostat insert are separate parts.

Answer:	The pan itself is 8x8. With the handles you can add about 3 inches. 2 inches deep. I love this little pan. It works great for cooking for 2 people. I have used it for everything from scrambled eggs to small pot roast. Great for all.
Question:	Will the griddle damage my quartz countertop
Answer:	I have two of these and both have degree settings and on both, setting it on the '5' in 275° will give a constant average temp of 205° without ever reaching 212°... the perfect answer to all day simmering for a two person entree, or two meals for one. I love this thing. It's not great for frying, though, as its heat is concentrated in a circular pattern following the heating element. It is 800 watts, but one must remember that that only applies when it calls for heat. In my case that is only about 10% of the time, which puts a 10 hour simmer at about 0.8 KWH @ 124VAC (or 0.4 KWH on your utilie's meter). A very cheap date

Answer:	It works with the pocket rocket, Olicamp clone if the pocket rocket and the primus express. I have all the above and use it on all of them.

Answer:	I have a SOTO stove and the OPTIMUS .95 liter pot with the heat exchanger on the bottom. The windshield is intended to "clip around" the ring on the top of the Isobutane canister. The bottom of the windshield is similar to the sides where the perforations are. If the windshield were set ON TOP of a burner(assuming you have the circular ESBIT stove) , while the ESBIT pot(at least the one I found on line) is 0.585 liters would fit inside of the windshield, the bottom would block a large amount of the heat from the ESBIT stove. If you have a stove that allows the windshield to clip on the fuel canister, you will have plenty of room inside the windshield for the 0.585 liter pot. Hope this helps!

Answer:	This fits well into the optimus high efficiency pot and pan/lid combo. The stove folds down remarkably small for what it looks like in its ready to cook state. Look-at, and compare, the specs.
