Answer:	The mouth guard is made of a transparent thermoplastic material that becomes totally malleable when put in boiling water for 30 seconds and then dropped cold water for a few seconds. It is designed for a teenaged/adult mouth and I don't know if you can purchase child sized ones however you can use household scissors to cut the excess length and/or height from this as you go through the molding process. (I use these guards to make small "jigs" that align and separate my teeth when my TMJ acts up and so am used to cutting off both length and extra height.) The most important thing is o get a good, tight mold that covers and protects the upper teeth all the way back to the molars. It my take more than one pass through the molding process and you might want o purchase two jut in case you mess up the first one. (The material gets very floppy when heated.)

Answer:	I did a rip test with some scrapps I have. It was difficult to start a rip. Had to give it a little snip with scissors ... once started, it ripped ok. It is paper that is coated with a finish that turns black with heat. The print fades with exposure to sunlight. It sticks very well to paper and other stuff as well. I just did a stick test and found it did not stick very well to floor tile, ceramic tile, and glass or plastic when a piece was stuck on one end (Part of a piece) then leveraged off very well. Stuck better to wood, but still leveraged off easily pulling a little of the wood from its surface. On paper, it is stuck forever, unsurprisingly. My conclusion is that it will stick to tile at least temporarily. Without a tab of unapplied label it sticks much better and may be difficult to remove from some smooth surfaces. The backing paper is kine of plastic paper that is designed to come apart from the printed label...so sticking to many plastic items is not probably very good.

Question:	Does this fit a larger wrist? How long is it
Answer:	No it will not fit a larger wrist, unless you wrap it so tight that it could be uncomfortable. My wrist measures about 7.5 inches. I need only thumb stabilization so I want a loose fit. I cannot attach the inner velcro (about half an inch wide and 8inches from the wrist edge) unless I make it too tight to wear. Also the second, outer piece of velcro is about 7 inches further along on a wide elastic meant to secure around the wrist. This does not fit around me either unless I stretch the elastic quite tight. I can attach the velcro to the body of the brace, however, it is not as secure as the vertical velcro strip. I doubt this arrangement would be adherent very long, however I only need the brace another few weeks, so am hoping for the best.

Answer:	I wear it all the time, except when doing something where it would get wet. I think it really depends on how bad your problem is. Mine is bad so always works for me. If you are not sure, try wearing it only while you sleep. If that works for you, Great. If not, then extend the time into the day.
Question:	How breathable is this? Is it neoprene
Answer:	I'm not sure of the material but it's very breathable and comfortable. I wear it at night with ease.
Question:	Is this the best brand? The quality of how
Answer:	It wasn't bad. Quality was good but I need to keep my thumb from moving and this just help stabilize it. At first, it appeared to help but after a couple of weeks it wasn't doing the job. Depending on what your need is, this may or may not work. To totally stabilize the thumb, I would not recommend it. I purchased a different one Arrow Splints Thumb Brace | for Arthritis, Trigger Thumb, Carpal Tunnel, Thumb Stabilizer, Tendonitis, Sprain - Thumb Spica Splint is Reversible to fit Right & Left Hand Thumb Splint + Thumb Exerciser which was almost $20 and worth it!. Much better stabilization and it came up higher on the thumb.

Question:	I bought the hand wraps but i need to wash them for the first tim before using them. Anoybody knows the instructions about how to wahs them? Thanks
Answer:	Cold water, use a little vinegar in the water to stop the color from bleeding for the first wash, then use mild soap after its use, still cold water, don't put in dryer, hand squeeze after washing and dry even on a rack indoors or out.

Answer:	I’m unsure but everything of this product seems to be overseas. FYI.. the velcro is not very good on black wraps. Surprisingly the other colors are pretty good.
