Answer:	The best that I've found so far is to try to remove from the middle and move towards the ends, since the middle doesn't have the adhesive. It's helped to do it this way but again the adhesive is strong. Work's best on tougher fabrics like t shirts. I wouldn't recommend on delicate fabrics unless it's for a short period of time. It's a great product and helps to keep your skin dry.

Answer:	Yes it has the fake skin but it for real sucks. I tried it out just to see what its about and its no good... Its nothing lije real skin. You have to push sooo hard to get the ink in it. I did a whole tattoo on it just to see what it would do and if u were to tattoo like you do on the fake skin, you would make their tattoo look really bad and scar them bad. And i love this kit! Everything else that comes in it is awesome!! Although there were problems with my shader gun but i fixed the problem.

I would suggest looking at Thompson Tees, I bought three of those for when I have big meetings and have no worries about pitting out! Sizes seem to run a little large, medium fit me best.
