I would say if it were a Plus in an Otter, it is not going to work.

The bottles will be intact after being removed from the freezer and the liquid inside will be left to melt. Just make sure, in order to quickly melt the liquid inside (if any) not to spill any hot water over but to simply leave it to melt naturally for a few minutes or hours, depending on the environment's temperature! Answer:	I like the belt part but I'm 5'4" and 140 and don't have it adjusted to the tightest setting, it's close but not all the way. I also like it to sit below my belly button but not bouncing on my legs when I run. I think the belt part is fine but the water bottles are kind of annoying. they don't stay closed and the pockets that they slide into are soft so you have to mess with it for them to slide back in while you are running. I'm saving up for a Nathan.

Answer:	The belt is made out of a stretch material and does adjust on both sides, so it will expand and shrink a bit. But, when i measured my belt un-stretched it was about 19 inches. So depending on your son's comfort level, it may work. I hope that helps.

Answer:	I have not tested the belt out in rain yet, but I will happily run with it in the rain... it has a lining so keeps tissues and debit-cards dry. It is definitely sweat resistant. I just ran a 1/2 Marathon with it, with no issues at all.

Answer:	I’m not sure what needles you’re talking about, but no. This is simply a running belt to put your phone, keys, lip balm, etc. in while running. It has no healing powers.
