Answer:	No, it shouldn't be broken. 120 minutes may have been too long for the room size. If it's a small room, the smoke / fog / haze is from the process to create the Ozone. If you need to do it again to get rid of odors, try running it for less time.

Answer:	We bought this within the last 2 weeks. We are landlords and had a condo where the person had smoked 9 years inside the unit.
