Answer:	Yes, it sure will. I am a long distance runner, and I use this between my thighs to prevent chafe. It holds up!

Answer:	i like it for preventing irritation at the back of my ankle from new shoes. it was working so well i made the mistake of applying it to the bottoms of my feet as well and it made my feet kinda slide around a bit in my shoes and caused irritation there.

Answer:	I haven't used it for a spin class, but I have put a few hundred miles on my road and mountain bikes using this product. It works just as well as Bodyglide, SkinSake, etc. in my opinion, (my husband agrees), and costs much less. We use it all summer for riding and running in the south, (very hot and humid), and haven't had the issue of it ruining our clothes; after laundering, there is no noticeable residue. We love it!

Answer:	I am a woman. I tried using it in the line around my inner thighs, where underpant elastic goes around your leg. So that part of the groin was where I tried it, not near my lady parts. And that, under the panty elastic, is one of the parts where I really need to use it. I got an itchy bumpy rash there from it. And it didn't ease the chafing. I switched back to Lanacane anti-chafing gel, which DOES prevent friction, and the rash is going away.So in my experience, this stuff was NOT safe to use there. Well, anywhere. I got a rash from it under my breasts also.

Answer:	Well the one is more for the hands. Smaller tube is thicker, and absorbs quickly. The other is for the whole body. I use it in the winter when it is really cold and my skin just feels dry. Great body lotion.. I also keep the hand lotion around as well for after I clean or have my hands in water. Wonderful stuff both of them.
