Answer:	No slide bar. They're okay. Only one pressure seal around all edges. I found some with a triple heat sealed edge that do have a slide. Keep looking.

Answer:	It’s ok. I don’t recommend trying to crush ice in it I smacked with a spoon to break up ice and put a hole in one. Also if u store greasing hamburger in it it’s a pain to get clean

Question:	What type of metal is the zipper made of
Answer:	I purchased a 7" and a 10" for Sous Vide. I agree with the other comment that it is difficult to get all of the air out with these. With ziplock bags, the bag molds itself to the food as you submerge it under the water. The Sasher bags are too thick for that. So the only way I see them working is if you put something metal in the bag to weigh it down. Don't plan on trying to use it with Sous Vide again.
Question:	Can these bags be packed with cut fruit
Answer:	The snack size stasher holds 9.9 fluid ounces, the sandwich size holds 15 fluid ounces, and our half-gallon stasher holds 64.2 fluid ounces. Stasher is great for freezing soups, however we recommend that you not stack anything on top of a full bag until the contents are frozen.
Question:	How should these be disposed of
Answer:	Twenty bucks for one bag. Ziploc gallon bags from Costco or Sams are 7.7 cents each. You'll need to use it 260 times before it makes financial sense, and by that time it will stink terribly if you've put things with onions, garlic, etc. in it. If you think it's better for the environment, learn about the materials used to make this bag, where they come from, and the amount required. Don't assume you're saving the world.
Question:	Can I use these for baby wipes
Answer:	Due to manufacturing regulations in China, it is not possible to know with 100% certainty that the materials are as advertised. There have been too many recalls from China and it makes me hesitate to purchase these, or anything from China that will be used for food. Because these are used for food storage, (unlike something like an electronic) the food is in contact with the material for a long time which increases risk of exposure to any unknown additives in the material. These are already ridiculously expensive, but I would pay more for something that I knew was from a country where manufacture and materials like plastics and silicone are well regulated (ie, preferably the USA, but pretty much anywhere that is not China)

I've been using them for about a month, most for weekly lunch prep holders (cut up vegetables and lunch meats) and the zippers have worked great. No problems opening or closing the bags. Answer:	I've never tried the defrosting function on my microwave, but you should be able to use these storage bags. They are dishwasher safe, but some previous comments don't recommend using high temperatures. Defrost doesn't get too hot, so I think you'd be safe with this product.
