Step 1: Pour a couple inches of soil in the bottom.

Answer:	Thats a good question. Depends on how big the root system is for the particular herbs you are trying to grow. If they are big and the plant ends up being big then I don't see why not. If the plants are small and the roots are usually small I would try the strawberry Topsy Turvy.

Answer:	Hi there, I'm not sure I understand your question. You need to follow directions for the plants in order for them to grow. As for the topsy turvy planters themselves, You can leave them up all summer long as long as you are having things grow. Once they are done growing, I take them down and store them in my shed. Do not leave them out empty in windy weather or leave them hanging during winter months. If you keep to this they will last years. I had my first set for 3 seasons before they got crushed by falling tools and got holes in them. We love these!

Answer:	They are safe for any gardening use as stakes, as they are just bamboo. Beyond that, we can't comment, so we would not encourage you to assume that they're safe for uses outside their intended use.

Answer:	I am sure they would. They are about 1 inch diameter and sturdy. They are natural bamboo and very smooth, so you would need ties, but I think it would work. I used several to make a trellis for some peas and it worked very well.
Question:	If I were to put these into the ground (like 6 inches or so) would they be sturdy enough to stand up against moderate wind or would they fall over
Answer:	I will be buying these variety to make a grape trellis and to support raspberry and blackberry brambles. For the raspberry & blackberries I will use 12" inches (1' foot) of the post in the ground to give a sufficient anchor. For the grapes I will use 18" - 24" to support the grapes as the vines get quite heavy. I may do the same for the raspberry & blackberry brambles too (18" - 24") but more for aesthetic reasons. I also have Kiwi vines and they are quite long and haven't made up my mind to build a teepee style arbor with 8' bamboo stakes (18" - 24" ground anchor or a 6' tall teepee arbor) or to build a grape style trellis fence using the 6' bamboo stakes (18" - 24" ground anchor for a 4' tall grape style fence). The grape style trellis fences will use bamboo stakes across too, joined with those heavy duty plastic zip ties (not the cheap trash bag zip ties).I will create the holes to put the bamboo stakes by hammering one of those green metal posts that are used to create chicken yards by hanging chicken wires on them. They are at Lowe's and probably Home Depot's (and probably at Amazon).

Answer:	A 12-4-8 NPK ratio is not a good formula for tomato fruit production. It's OK to give it this when the plant is small, but you will not get a good tomato crop if you continue with this ratio. Fruit production requires more phosphorus than this fertilizer can provide. I always have excellent fruit production with 10-10-10.

Answer:	I didn't keep the box but on the bottle it says 'Vitamin C and E, collagen and other key ingredients' It doesn't offer percentages either. I spoke to the woman who does my facials and she said that by law these products have limits on their Vitamin C content, I believe 10%. So figure the vast portion is 'other key ingredients'. I micro needle first, then apply to help it absorb better. I also use the Vitamin C Radiance Eye Cream for dark circles and have found that to be effective, especially after micro needling there too. Same process for neck . I hope this helps!

Received the kit in March.. expiration was for Summer or fall the same year. You may want to hold off on purchasing if you're not going to plant right away once you receive the kit. Or buy some small flower pots for germinating and/or growing inside the house. Also, if you do order, be sure to follow the germination instructions for the seeds very carefully.

Answer:	The (GCTB) will hold 1.3 gallons of water and will hold 6 gallons of soil.

Answer:	It does not come with hydroponic supplies.
Question:	How many TOMATO plants can be planted in this pot
Answer:	You can do 3 but I only did 2 sweet 100 = about 3000 tomatoes. Yes we count them ! I also planted 4 eggplant, next year I will do 3 as I thought they needed a little more room. Also did 3 Bell Peppers. A very bountiful harvest.
Question:	Do you need soil or is it totally hydroponic
Answer:	You need potting mix or coco coir. Not potting soil. With that being said, I would not recommend this for any heavy plants;Tomatoes or such. Too cheaply made to handle heavy fruits or vegetables. Hope this helps
