While it's definitely good at its job, this is something they dropship from a Chinese company, likely on alibaba (I have the exact same one I was gifted for christmas off of aliexpress). They just simply don't stock the filter and would rather you buy a second humidifier from them. Another user noted that 7*135 mm "filters" (wicks) should fit this unit, and my measurements show ~7 mms thick to ~12-13 mms long, so you should be able to easily trim the bottom off if they do not fit in naturally. A quick search of Amazon for "7 135 humidifier stick filter" should pull a few results. Most of the ones I checked were under $1 a filter per a ten pack. Answer:	The water capacity of the car humidifier is 50ML. We recommend a single addition of 40-50ml of water. Also must add pure water, tap water will have impurities will block the air outlet!

Answer:	Mine came with an extra wick in the pack. I change mine every 30 days or so if used daily they last while! I rinse the clear bowl with warm water and mild soap weekly to keep it from getting build up and use a Qtip with rubbing alcohol to clean the metal plate on top! Works great

Answer:	That means the filter is not making contact. There's a spring where the filter goes. Try stretching it a bit. If that doesn't work,send it back for a replacement or refund

Answer:	I don't know the specific times but it depends if the setting is a steady flow (approximately 3 hours) verses intermittent flow (approximately 5 hours). Intermittent flow lasts the longest. Answer:	I use purified osmosis water and have had no issues.
Question:	The red light is on and there is not any vapour out？ How can i deal with it
Answer:	The red light will be on as long as it is connected and switch (main source) is turned on. You just need to press the button on the humidifier to make it work for vapor and light.
Question:	Why does it say do NOT use distilled water
Answer:	I just purchased mine and read the label. It makes no sense to say distilled water will cause blocking but tap water won't. I'll be using distilled because it will not leave the deposits tap water would for me.
Question:	Can you turn the night light off? I have an easier time sleeping in darkness
Answer:	Yes, one short press of the button turns on the mist, a second short press changes the mist to intermittently come out, a third short press turns the mist off. One long press turns on the light, a second long press makes the light fade in and out. A third long press turns the light back off again.
