Question:	Is is possible to put writing on the picks so that they could be used as promotional material
Answer:	I don’t see a problem with that
Question:	Are there more than one shape of pick puncher available? ie. triangular, round, small, medium, large, etc
Answer:	Currently there is only one shape pick maker on the market. They all make the standard pick size. We are currently designing a model which will have several "template plates" available which will offer a variety of pick shapes. We do not have a date yet for when this will be available as we are still in the design phase. But something to look forward to!
Question:	Where is this made
Answer:	Don't know. Probably China like everything else. It doesn't say on the device itself, and I threw the box away a long time ago, but it is solid and works well. It's actually a lot of fun to find things to make picks out of.
Question:	How does the punch handle 2.0 mm thick plastic? rough edges
Answer:	I have used this only on the pick samples provided with puncher. It's a cool little tool to have in general. But yeah, I would suggest that it needs to be filed / sanded lightly to make edges smoother. I'd suggest using a nail file or something like that. Other than that, the picks are not dull - just need some light cleanup.

Answer:	I believe so. The card is like cash. It's not a gift from them, it's something you bought.
Question:	Are these good at muscians friend
Answer:	Not sure, it was a gift for my daughter. She tried using it at Guitar Center and they told her the card had a zero amount on it. I took the loss becuasue it was a birthday gift and I got her something else. I personally will not purchase a gift card online again.

Answer:	You get what you pay for. If you want $500, buy a $500 card. I don't think Amazon sells them, but that's the limit that can be on a card.

Answer:	The GIGmate comes with brief instructions on what the specific tools are used for. For instruction on setting up and maintaining specific instruments and more detailed instruction we recommend the vast library of information available online at Google and YouTube etc.

Answer:	Yes. As of June 2016 the GIGmate also includes a Stainless Steel String Action/Set Up gauge.

Answer:	Yes, the 0.050 inch hex key is for USA Strat saddles
Question:	Does this kit come with a string stretcher
Answer:	No string stretcher. We never really thought stretchers to be a necessity unless you are maybe a guitar tech stringing all day long. Finger and thumb works perfectly. BTW don't over stretch strings, they will deaden much faster if you do.
