Answer:	To tell you the truth, I don't know if they've changed the packaging or not. But I will tell you, I have 3 of these rugs and I've never had a problem getting the creases out of them. All you have to do is FOLLOW THE MANUFACTOR'S INSTRUCTIONS! I've read the negative reviews about the creases and can't for the life of me understand why people just don't follow the instructions. It tells you to unpack the product and put it in the dryer for a certain amount of time. When it gets hot, the creases will smooth out. I am VERY satisfied with my rugs. I would and have, highly recommended them to others. I bought one to begin with for my cabin. After I used it for awhile, my wife and I were so impressed, we ordered 2 for the house. I will by them again, but to be honest, I don't see these rugs wearing out. One of the best buys I have ever made. Answer:	No loops! I had the same concern. No problems with cat or dog nails. These rugs are very soft, and look descent by the door. Only wish it was bigger. Even after washing, very little loss of thread. Give it about a 3 for absorbency, but still a great little rug.

Answer:	Hi, my ends have not curled, although I have not washed them yet. They are very soft and I am thinking about ordering one more to put by my kitchen sink. I had ordered a different brand/style and am not very please with that one.

Answer:	Yes, but I just put it in the dryer in low for 5 minutes. Creases gone.

Question:	How thick is the thickest part of this rug? We have a low door and need something around 1/4" thick
Answer:	This should do the trick. I love these rugs as they are very absorbent and can really be washed in the washing machine! I gave purchased at least 4 of them. Before buying them I would take my rugs to the laundry mat and pay $35.00 to have them washed as so could not wash them or dry them in my WM or dryer. With these you can do both.
