Answer:	There really isn't any "dirty water." You spray the floor in front of the mop with solution from the reservoir, and then you pass the SpinWave over that area. The pads absorb the liquid and, with it, the dirt, as you pass over it. Think of it more as a spinning Swiffer than as a mop-and-bucket cleaner.

Answer:	Thou I haven’t tried it myself I would say def would be able to use on a mattress. I used it to disinfect my sofas. Just make sure you are constantly moving and do not keep in one spot for too long to avoid any wet spots and getting your mattress or sofa too wet. Use the attachment and should do the trick.
Question:	What is the difference between this and the white one listed on Bissells website
Answer:	This one is yellow and black and not blue and white to indicate it is for more serious use! But, as far as I can tell there are two real differences: this comes with two of the heavy duty pads instead of one heavy duty and one regular, and it comes with more tools. In reality, many people will never use the extra tools, and you can buy more pads pretty easily (I bought a pack of 3 heavy duty ones, so I always have a clean one). So in the end, do you want one that matches your kitchen decor or one that fits better in your garage?

Answer:	Zero power and pressure:( I was very disappointed with my purchase. I tried the floor mop once and very little pressure or steam worked. Answer:	Yes...it comes with both the washable pads and some disposable ones to try. But I went ahead and bought an extra set of washable pads to always make sure I have a clean set.

Answer:	I sweep my floor first then switch over to the steam mopping. Saves time since all you have to do is touch the controls and you can start steam mopping. I really like mine.

Answer:	If it did have teeth you would need to brush and floss them. Boning knives are typically not serrated. The concept behind a boning knife is to clean a bone well serrations would leave excess on the bone. I hope this helps.

Answer:	I believe it to be very reliable. I've had it in my oven for a long time. I also use it in my grill that reaches 700 degrees. The glass does stain if a lot of roasting is done.I believe there is a warranty, but I can't be certain. I will tell you that CDN is a large reputable company that stands behind it's products. I called them about a different product.
