Answer:	I have been using mine for 4 months without a problem. I can't imagine that if you have only used it a few days and it cracked that there would not be some sort of warranty. Just do an exchange on Amazon. If you payment was with a credit card, you should have purchase protection through that if Amazon will not honor an exchanged.
