So far as I can tell, the OP101 and OP301 are 1450 watts, and I’d seen one unknown model saying “grill” — with no broil or dehydrate — which I’m, now, wondering whether that was the OP301. The OP101 does not broil, and neither the OP101 or OP301 has the dehydrating function. Yet, I’ve read dehydrating and yogurt — are often only preset buttons — and yogurt can be done using low on slow cooking? Not sure about dehydrating, though. The OP302 and OP305 both have dehydrating, and, perhaps, different accessories. But they’re both 1400 watts only? But if the wattage makes a difference in crisping would that be better? Then, 301 is best for a 6.5, and 101 for smaller (despite no broil) — so long as dehydrating either still can be done or is not an issue...

Answer:	My Foodi was SO slow on low, I thought it was OFF. After several hours of THINKING that it was cooking, I transferred the food (beans) to another slow cooker. By the time the food was "done" in the other slow cooker, I didn't even want the food. As someone else said (and I have now learned), cooking it on HIGH might be your only option for the slow cooker. I haven't tried it yet, because I'm hesitant to waste more food. Plus, I'm not sure if HIGH is actually HIGH.

Question:	So I brought the aura pro just realized it doesn't have the pressure cooker how long does it take to cook a roast dinner in this one
Answer:	The answer someone gave that they cooked a pot roast and vegetables in one hour is questionable. Perhaps if the meat was cut into very thin slices, it could work, though it’s doubtful that hard vegetables like carrots & potatoes would be done. In a slow cooker, the “high” temperature is still very low at 300°. For tender meat, especially large pieces like pot roast, and hard vegetables, you must cook it several hours on high or many hours on low (or a combination of both high and low). The high setting for 1 1/2 to 2 hours is equivalent to 15-30 minutes in a moderate (350°) oven. I’ve used slow cookers for 30 years. They are not fast, as their name implies!
Question:	is the inner pot heavy stoneware or a lighter material
Answer:	If it helps any, I have a Nesco Roaster & the inner pot to it is lightweight & ceramic coated. It roasts & cooks some of the best pork, beef, poultry. I'm reading up on the newest Instant Pot releases myself. I like this Aura & also the Gem but would like to know the maximum pound size these take. The only reason I'm looking to replace the Nesco with an IP roaster is to have better temperature setting. Nesco has a knob with far too much 'play' in the turn. I want more precise roast setting ability.
Question:	What is the sous vide temperature range? the range lists 250f, but i'm not cooking steak to 250f
Answer:	131 is the golden number. I cooked a turkey breast at 131 after injecting it with a spicy butter garlic mix for 24 hours. I cook all my steaks at 131 for 4 hours and my chicken the same... that is the magic number for at least 4 hours but turkey and pork are 24+ hours. For the turkey breast, I filled the bag with oil so the temperature would distribute evenly in the bag. As long as you get all the air out.
Question:	How difficult is it to clean this compared to non stick
Answer:	To help clean it if you have a hard mess. Put 4 cups of water in the pan and set it on the steam function for 15 or so minutes.

Answer:	I also have an All-Clad SERIE SC01 and I purchased this insert. It does fit, but I'm returning it because it does not fit perfectly. There is a slight bump on the rim which keeps the lid from lying perfectly flat. Also, the lid just doesn't fit as well as on the original. Also, when I did a side by side comparison, my original insert is slightly taller than the new one. Only a couple of millimeters, but with all of this combined, I'm returning it. I'd rather buy a new one then have my slow cooker not work at 100%.

Our clay pots do not retain flavors or odors after cooking, and we regularly make lots of different things in the same clay pot, including strong meals like lamb stew, followed by yogurt or white rice (after washing, of course), and there is absolutely no flavor transfer. Our high-temperature water-glazing process, using only water and 2500+ degree heat, seals the clay against any type of food/flavor/scent transfer, and also strengthens the clay a great deal to prevent breakage.

Answer:	Well mine has a hairline crack too. I added more tap water to an already hot pot and it cracked halfway across the bottom. Yes they have replacement pots, but you have to buy the lid too. The replacements only come in sets. Depending on how long you have had the pot will depend on the price. They will give a certain percentage off depending on how many months you had the pot before it got damaged. My quote was $20.00 pot + $20.00 shipping. They also want a picture of your cracked pot. If you are extremely careful with this pot it makes great food, but the clay is delicate. Mine sits in my closet still cracked :( I just use other healthy cookware on the stovetop for now.

Answer:	I have a multi-cooker (vm7900-6) and I've been using it about 7-8 years. I love it. Everything tastes better when make it in this thing, and everything is easy to make. You can make anything in here: yogurt, stew, soup, broth, rice, quinoa, steel cut oats, steam anything, heat anything up.... pretty much all-inclusive except for baking. The thing I like about the multi-cooker (oval model) is that it's got the yogurt maker, and yogurt made in clay is really like no other yogurt, plus you can make it for pennies on the dollar rather than buying it in the store. I also like the delay timer on it, when i cook steel cut oats I set it to start cooking about an hour before I wake up and it's hot and ready when I wake up! Otherwise you have to wait like an hour for those things to be fully cooked. I also like the "reheat" feature, which I don't think the other one has. Just pop in some soup or something you want to steam, press "reheat," and it's ready 5-10 minutes later. I don't use a microwave so this feature is handy for me.

Baked a cake in 25 minutes. Steamed fish, broccoli, & rice in 8-12 minutes. I don’t usually preheat - just put it in & it preheats & starts cooking, timer goes off & if you don’t take it out, automatically goes to keep warm mode. It is a slow cooker as well. I haven’t used my gas stove since I got the XL grill 3 weeks ago. Love it!

On High, it takes approximately 3-4 hours, whereas on Low, it takes approximately 7-8 hours to reach the simmer point. On the warm setting, your Crock-Pot® slow cooker will be between 165° and 175° Fahrenheit. Please remember that these are all approximate temperatures and they can vary depending on what you are cooking. The Crock-Pot® slow cooker can also boil on high and low.
