I needed it delivered for a party I was having and my husband and left work early to accept delivery during the 4 hour window provided. It never arrived and we never received any info from Amazon. I went into my account to track it and it said that the delivery company tried to contact me. They never did. I called Amazon and was put on hold while they handed me off to different supervisors in the Philippines. After 45 minutes, I was told that they could not reach anyone in the large package department and I'd have to wait to talk to someone another day. I'm used to good customer service from Amazon, but the way they handled this order- I'm considering other options. |

| Answer: | It comes with a cover, but it is not waterproof so it was rusting. I leave that one on and have a thick waterproof grill cover over that. My husband took a wire brush to the rust and touched up the paint with some high heat black and bronze spray paint. |
