| Answer: | I have no answer on that but I know I did not pay that much. I purchased two at the time, the other had ducks on it. I would question them. It is cute and does keep them dry but not the hat part. It seems very small for an xxl. does not fit the heads of my labs that are 60 lbs. |

| Answer: | The coat is very study and of good quality (even for my rambunctious pit). It is styled like a poncho with an adjustable velcro strap under the chest/belly area. There are no elastic bands for the legs or anything holding the legs. The top portion then flaps over the body of the dog kind of loosely (hence poncho style), but in my opinion better than other rain coats which wrap around the whole body. |
