Answer:	The label says 333 mg Herb Weight Equivalence per 1 capsule. Instructions are to take 1 capsule 4x a day if under 175 lbs and 2 capsules 3x a day if over. It also says "for maximum effectiveness, avoid more than 1-2 oz of liquid 15 minutes before and after each dose." Because of that, I opt to take 2 capsules 3x daily even though I am under 175 lbs so it's easier to schedule. Hope this helps!
