Answer:	It is almost too easy to raise-light squeeze brings it up. Probably need two hands to lower-one to squeeze, one to press down on top, but moves easily.

Answer:	The manufacturer, Drive Medical, states the table will hold 40 lbs. easily. I can verify it holds that much and more because I recently got this same model slightly used. Answer:	there were 3 different price variations of this table, the 2 lower-priced versions do not have a lip, and people seem to be having problems with them, the more expensive one does, and it's a much better product.

Answer:	There's no weight bearing measurement on the table or in the instruction manual; but my father is a stroke patient and has used it faithfully since we got it without any problems. There was one time 5 of our cats got on it all at once without it having any give, their combined weight should be Peanut 7lbs + Rosco 10lbs + Little Bit 9lbs + Gus 19lbs + Sally 17lbs = 62lbs total est, so I know it supports that at least.

Question:	What clearance is needed for the base to fit under a bed
Answer:	I assume you are asking how high the base (with the wheels) on it is. Answer: not to high, I estimate 3 1/2 inches max. But that's a guess. This is a great table by the way. It's very sturdy. All metal.

Answer:	This table cannot tilt.
Question:	This is perfect for my needs. I use it as a laptop table. It is sturdy, the problem I have is the table top slants downward. Can it be adjusted
Answer:	The table is generally good quality materials, but there are two small brackets welded to the main support pedestal that the table top bolts to that are critical to whether the top slopes down from the pedestal to the free hanging end of the top. The weld quality is probably OK, but the placement of the brackets appears to be the problem. I had checked the previous reviews before I bought this table, and noticed that there were multiple comments about the top sloping down, and some had added washers below the top to solve the problem. When I receive my table, the first thing I did was to check the table top and the top of the pedestal to see what the problem was, and if it varied from table to table. I found the brackets on mine were OK on the outside of the pedestal (Opposite the long part of the table, but the bracket toward the inside (long side of table) was at least 1/16" lower on the pedestal than the flush location where the brackets should have been welded. I made a trip to the hardware store to buy some washers before I assembled the table. I bought a couple of flat standard washers and a couple of lock washers. I ended up needing only the lock washers, but regular washers would have worked as well. I wanted to have a few options to make it work, and just adding the two lock washers did the trick. After completing the assembly according to the instructions, except for adding the lock washers between the table top and the brackets on the two bolts on the long side of the table top. This leveled the table top to avoid the sagging long end noted by others for less than a dollar. Although I would recommend the table manufacturer change their welding jigs so the 1/16" gap can be reduced to level with the pedestal top, I doubt that the manufacturer really cares or it would have already been fixed. The 1/4" diameter lock washers or standard washers are common enough that many people would have them in a toolbox or in a collection of common fasteners frequently accumulated by home owners, I had given mine away when I moved from my house to the senior housing I now live in. But I have a couple of spares in my toolbox now if ever needed.
Question:	what is the inside measurement of the base side to side? thanks
Answer:	The previous poster who quoted 20" and 15" measured the outside and inside of one of the side legs. If I understand you correctly, you're looking for the inside measurement inside the 2 open ends of the U-shaped base. This measurement would tell you how wide of a chair you could use with this table. There's a very small, slightly rounded part on the inside corners of the bottom/closed end of the U. The inside measurement at the bottom is 26". The inside base measurement on the open end is 26.25".

Answer:	I felt it was much more stable than other tables I had seen. It is very sturdy and easy to put together. There is much more room at the base for a larger wheelchair to fit between. And the table to itself is of larger dimensions too.

Answer:	Hi! My name is Tina and I am with Beyond Med Shop. First, let me assure you that a slight tilt is normal with the overbed table. Since the overbed table is meant to slide over beds, it is deliberately made with only 1 supporting pole underneath the tabletop. Therefore in order to ensure that weight gets evenly distributed across the tabletop when a user placed certain objects on the table, the product is made with a slight tilt upwards. The 2-3 degrees angle should be hardly noticeable to the eyes and will allow the table to be leveled once objects are placed on the tabletop. However, where you place the object on the table also affects the tilt. If the item is placed at the edge of the table - opposite from where the stand is - the tilt will be more pronounced than when you place it in the middle of the table. If you have received a table with a tilt of more than 2-3 degrees, you may have received a defective product. This may be due to welding/assembly issues. Answer:	With the wheels on the table drops down to be approximately 28” tall with space between floor and bottom part of table approximately 26.5” tall. Question:	What is the tilt for wont the plate etc fall
Answer:	The 12" pad will work with the 12" tom, but you'll need to purchase a separate pad for the 10", or if you're not using the 13" or 14" pad you could cut it down to size.

Answer:	Not sure why they smell like tires or have a chemical odor (maybe because its rubber?). It does seem to smell less almost 2 weeks later but they do still smell. Not sure if washing will help but it's worth a shot.

Answer:	No, I own an ahead pad that has a snare mechanism in it, and personally I feel like a snare mechanism on a pad is a gimmick, when practicing, you want something very articulate so that you can work on playing even and other aspects, a snare mechanism sorta blurs all of that because you can't hear each stroke as well.

Question:	One of the photos shows the pedestal mounted on the left side of the U-base. Is it possible to assemble the table this way vs on the right side
Answer:	The main table top is 24 inches x 15 inches. I think your 17.3 inch laptop would be ok.
Question:	It was easy to set up. My question is about the lifting handle. It worked to raise and lower the top but it was very loose, is that a normal feature
Answer:	Yep, the top tilts both ways, so you just reverse the tilt and slide it in from the left. Only difference is the little table part will be on the left and the bars in the footwell will be opposite (but that matters not for a bed)
Question:	Stern and that’s not flip over
Answer:	If you need it to be REAL easy to raise or lower, you'll have to spend a bunch of money on the type that have the crank. I can raise or lower it with one hand as long as the table is empty, but it's smoother and easier to adjust with 2 hands. You get what you pay for...
Question:	How difficult was it to assemble
Answer:	Yes, it's "ambidextrous". The tilt lever has lock notches for both tilt positions, and flat of course. Thus; either side of the bed is fine.

Answer:	yes, it is 6 inch wide, which is 15cm, and with the elasticity long to 15ft(4.5m) when stretched, the bandage is wide and long enough for rib wrapping

Answer:	I have not tried to cut it but I’m sure you could. Its nit very long at all, glad I ordered two. The velcro sticks anywhere.
Question:	What is the height of the casters? I have a underbed clearance of only 3.5" - was wondering if it would roll under the bed
Answer:	Here on Amazon. I bought that type of bandage from Amazon, and it has served its purpose very well. It wraps neatly, does not stretch out and lose elasticity, and the velcro fastener holds firmly.
Question:	will my lap top be secure from sliding off the table
Answer:	about 5' or so....

Question:	is there a lip around thr table to prevent things from falling
Answer:	There is a slight lip I would guess half a centimeter high that keeps things from sliding off. My problem is I bump into the table and my stuff falls off.
