Answer:	You can have it dry cleaned or you can wash it if you have a High-Efficiency Front Load Washer. It does not have anything to attach it to nor I need it, it does not move under the sheets. I have a memory foam pad under it and it stays in place, yes it is nicer and softer than the memory foam mat!
