Answer:	I do not see an expiration date or use by date on the bag or box. In my experience , it they are kept at a constant temp there is very little that will deteriorate the meal. Ground grains in general are subject to high temp and moisture. I have used the brand for many years and down to my last bag from the 4 pack. I don't notice any deteriation in taste or texture. I do add a 1 serving size applesauce, no sugar added to each batch for additional moisture. they keep longest in the frige. I love this cornbread.

Answer:	Depends on your bread machine and settings. Should work with a standard bread Machine.

Answer:	No. I think Monsnto has made sure we will not ever have non GMO corn. I don't any corn as a side dish. But, because I have to be gluten free, I do eat this corn bread and make sandwiches out of corn tortillas that probably have GMO. I think the only non-GMO corn we might be able to get is if we bought corn products manufactured in Mexico with corn from Mexico. The only corn product I eat that I feel pretty sure has no GMO are the Schar Corn noodles which are made in Italy. They are the best gluten free noodle I have found. But, on the cornbread, nowhere on the package does it say it's non GMO.

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a standard muffin tin with 6 liners, then coat liners with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Whisk together egg, oil, water and muffin mix. Fill each muffin cup ¾ full.

Answer:	The red label flour has garbanzo bean flour in it. I could not handle that way my end products came out with the red label flour. That garbanzo bean flavor just overpowered almost everything I baked especially any sweet baked goods, just bitter as. Will only get the blue label one from now on.... plus the blue label has xanthan gum.

Answer:	We asked Bob's Red Mill and their response was, "Our 1 to 1 Baking Flour is best used in pastries like muffins, quick breads, and cookies. It has a low protein content and does not work well as a bread flour. You can use it to make Pizza Dough though."

Answer:	Yes, it is too coarse for cornbread. I have not made tortillas with it. The cornbread I made with the medium had a texture of uncooked grits. I have made a lot of cornbread with a lot of different corn meals, but have never had this experience. Anson Mills sells the best, but it is expensive. I have to wonder if the people at Bob's Red Mill ever test the recipe on the package. I like their other products, and will try the fine ground cornmeal.

Answer:	5 g sugar per 1/4 cup serving is what's on the package. The ingredients list doesn't show any added sugar but does include date crumbles and raisins.

Answer:	I've only made this hot once, and as much as it is my all-time favorite cereal, we really prefer it cold with yogurt, blueberries and milk. Thought it was kind of boring hot. On the package it says that a serving is 1/4 cup which works for me, but my husband eats 1/2 cup with aforementioned yogurt, blueberries and milk. BTW, the cookie recipe on the side of the package makes fabulous cookies.
