Answer:	This goes in an Xbox 360. It allows the inserted disc from any Xbox 360 and Original Xbox game to install system files and save files. A brand new 360 usually came with at least a 100 GB drive like these. The 320 GB drive here is an upgrade over the original. I bought this because I purchased a used Xbox 360 to play older games that wouldn't play in my Xbox One S and probably would never be made backward compatible by Microsoft. The used one I bought didn't have a HDD at all, and the discs won't work unless it can write certain files to a HDD, just like any console. This had the most space I could get, so space would never be an issue. It installs easily, and has worked perfectly ever since. And for the price it was well worth it.
