Answer:	It is NOT toilet paper. The sheets come in a roll. The box has a serrated opening that you can use to slide the sheets through and cut them off the way you'd cut aluminum foil.

Answer:	I don’t know what Clorox triple action feel like. But these are tack feeling and do not leave and residue. And work wonderful picking up dust and dirt. I work at a hospital and our environmental services use these for floors and walls. I bought some and love them for wood floors, walls and ceiling fans.

Answer:	I have been using these sheets on the floors at our nursing home for 4 years. They work great on wood-like laminate floors. Ours have a texture to them that simulates real wood, making the floors difficult to sweep. Our old dusters didn't clean the new floors well, but these do. As to the sticky, I have seen no sign of residue on our floors, and we use these sheets every day. I have also used them to dust a resident's room who had breathing issues when dust became airborne. They work well for that. I had no problem washing the sticky off bare skin, though I prefer to wear gloves when handling the sheets. Personal preference. I like them enough to buy them for home use and bought some for my mother. Hope this helps you decide.

Answer:	I use it both on hardwood and on tile. It doesn't have any floor-specific properties, so it's very usable. Would only be useless on carpet!
Question:	Can this be used on tile
Answer:	Yes, I've had this to occur. If I'm dry dusting (no Bona or other spray used) typically no "rolled up strands". Typically, I get the rolled up when I use a spray. I believe this is because the spray (wetness) mixed with the dust. I typically use a swifter with the disposal cloths to pick up most of the dust and cat hair. Then spray with Bona and use the Microfiber. Results is minimal if any rollup of debris on the microfiber cloth. Hope this helps. I do love both my swifter and microfiber cleaners.

Answer:	I only use a Neutral PH floor cleaner. I buy a gallon and it last me many months. You only pour a little in a spray bottle and add water to fill the bottle. It is great for windows and all counter tops also. The guy who comes and cleans my grout told me about it. It will not stain or leave a build up at all.Best stuff ever.

Answer:	Handle is stainless steel. QC connectors are stainless steel. But the main body of the valve is carbon steel (not stainless steel) so the fluid path is not fully resistant to corrosion. The ball aperture is larger than 23/64-in, nearly 3/8-in, so less restrictive than the ID of the Male QC which is smaller than 5/16-in.

Question:	Does this product work as described
Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.
Question:	Just looking it the mop seems like it is only good for dusting and light dirt, can it scrub harder areas if needed
Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!
Question:	Does the wringing side of the pail have clean water in it or is it just for spinning out the mop that's been dipped into the dirty water
Answer:	There is only one pail. It is not divided into sides. Works just like any other mop bucket.
Question:	will this mop work for picking up pet hair rather than just smearing it around like most mops do? Thank you
Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor.
