What's the difference between LCD vs HD lens?

LCD (low color distortion, top) = designed for general daily usage e.g. <4hrs a day, colour sensitive work (e.g. photoshop, graphics design etc). Best if you want a good level of protection while looking good.

HD (heavy duty, bottom)= perfect for extended usage e.g. <8hrs a day, intense gaming sessions, watch a lot movies, or people who do a lot of excel work. It's great if you want the best protection and you don't mind the lens being a bit yellow.

How can I test the glasses online?

Unfortunately it’s not possible - these online tests are designed for orange colored sleep glasses only. Orange glasses work by removing the entire blue spectrum, turning your entire vision orange. Our blue light shield (and computer glasses in general) are designed to block out the most harmful part of the light spectrum and let through the less harmful rays to reduce color distortion so you can see near normal colors.

As the high-energy rays blocked are close to UV spectrums, they are barely visible to the naked eyes and it doesn't react visibly with the online tests. We lab test all our products, but if you really want to test yourself, the best way would be to shine a blue laser through the lens.

Non-Magnified vs Magnified?

These glasses are non-magnified computer glasses, they are best suited for people with healthy eyes.

Our magnified reading glasses are specifically design for middle to old age people with presbyopia (diopter strength range from +1.0 to +3.0). They are great gift ideas for parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles who requires reading glasses for their iPads/tablets, computers, TVs etc.

Is there an adjustment period?

For most people these glasses will work right out of the box. For a small number of people it may take a while to get used to them especially if you're not used to wearing glasses before, during this adjusting period you may experience discomfort or headaches.

We recommend trying the glasses for a week or two and see if things improves. Also don't forget to take breaks every 20 mins or so, and let your eyes rest in a dark area (if possible) to minimize eyestrain!

Answer:	There are different shape and color attribute pieces which are placed to form strings much like scrabble. Certain combinations constitute a 'quirkle' some combinations are worth more or less points. The game is quick to play and children can participate since the pieces are matched by color and shape, spelling and vocabulary skills are not required, yet to achieve some high point combinations can be challenging too.

Answer:	These glasses are mainly designed to filter light emitted from your monitors so you'll still be protected. However, general eye health wise, it is still better to work and game in good ambient light conditions.

If you have purchased from us (jassu) it would definitely be the correct item! :)These Low Color Distortion lenses are designed to reduce the amount of noticeable color offset to a minimum. The amount of yellow tint that you see depends on a few factors such as brightness/color of the image that you are viewing. If you hold the glasses up against a plain white image/paper under good lighting you should be able to see the yellow tint. Answer:	Inside the Amazon box was a J+S box, then when you get into that the glasses are in the case. The case is really nice, hard black case with velvet inside, they include a soft wipe for cleaning the glasses. It would make a great gift, aside from the packaging the actual product is quality
Question:	What is the expected release date
Answer:	Typically the online tests are designed for traditional blue blockers (such as blueblockglasses or other orange colored lens glasses), our Blue Light Shield (BLS) Computer glasses and blue blockers are designed for different applications. The BLS (and other computer glasses in general) are designed to be worn while you are working or gaming on your computer (or tv, mobile etc). It creates minimal color distortion so you can still view your screen and perform your tasks normally, while blocking off the most harmful rays that causes damages to your eyes and other health and sleep issues. Orange lens glasses are what's called "sleep glasses". They are designed to act as visual sleeping pills for people heavily effected by light at night. It is best used at night a few hours before your bed time to get you into a sleepy mood. However, when used during the day, it may actually cause unwanted sleepiness and disrupt your sleep pattern (confuses your body thinking it's bed time during the day). Not to mention everything that you see will have a heavy shade of orange over it. Keeping this in mind, the reason why the blue color test didn't work for the our BLS computer glasses is that it's a test to see whether a lens blocks the full blue light spectrum - which is what a sleep glasses does. The science behind this test is a simple light filter, basically any orange color lens/glass will "pass" this test as blue is the complimentary color of orange. The BLS computer glasses are not designed to block uniformly across the entire blue light spectrum. The BLS glasses focuses on blocking off the High-energy blue/violet spectrum (400nm - 430nm) - this is the region that is interpreted as the color violet. It is the most harmful part of the light spectrum and is the part that we are blocking the e-mail address removed then let through more of the Low-energy blue spectrum (430nm - 495nm) - this is the region that is interpreted as the color blue. It is relatively less harmful compared to the High-energy blue region and only ~30% of light in this region is blocked so you can still see most blue as blue through our glasses. This is why we can achieve a low color distortion characteristics for our lens. The slight yellow/amber color you find in the lens is the result of the complimentary light (High-energy blue/violet spectrum) being blocked off. So in summary: The online tests are designed to test whether the enter blue light spectrum is blocked or not. If you are looking for something to protect your eyes while still be able to see relatively normally while working/gaming during the day, the BLS would be what you want. If you are looking for something to regulate your sleep at night or don't mind your whole word turning orange, then the sleep glasses would be more suitable for you. You can of course use them both. We have customer that uses the computer glasses during the day at work and at night while watching tv, and switch to a pair of sleep glasses for bed time reading and sleep. Question:	I plugged the usb in to my pc, the headset light is on, but my windows never detected the headset. any idea
Answer:	Hi Customer, Here are some directions: 1. Note that the USB jack is designed for lighting up the headset only. To make the audio work, you'll need to plug in the analogue jacks. 2. If your computer contains mic and audio separate jacks, make sure the 2 in 1 splitter is plugged into the correct jack respectively. If your computer only contains one jack, the 2 in 1 splitter needs to be disconnected. 3. Also don't forget to switch off the mute button on the audio cable. : ) And also try to turn off all the devices and restart again to see if it makes a difference. Question:	Is it suitable wearing it for a long time
Answer:	I think so. I bought some headsets before, but this one is the most comfortable. When I first get them they are snug, but gradually loosen up after using for a period of time. Now I wear them all the day at weekends and they don't hurt. If you wanna a comfortable gaming headset, I would recommend this one.
Question:	Is there anyone who has owned this headset for about a month or so still happy with it? Is the wire and overall quality still up to your satisfaction
Answer:	I've owned for several months, and am still very happy with it. Mic quality is still great, my D2 clan mates are very pleased with it's performance, especially compared to my previous headset, lol. The wire is actually a bit long for my taste, not sure why 6ft is necessary, but I haven't had any issues with it. The headset can feel a bit heavy after long play sessions, but it's super cushy, so that helps. I shave my head, so most headsets end up digging into my scalp and becoming very uncomfortable after only a short period of time, but this one stays comfy even after several straight hours of playtime. Sound quality is GREAT. On par with much more expensive Turtle Beach headsets that I've owned in the past.

Answer:	Yes, it is. I have used it for half a month. My teammate could hear my voice clearly. There was one thing bothered me a lot, his mic usually picked up ambient nose well so I had a bad experience when playing with him. I should have recommended this brand to him.
