I could just barely make it work on the Graco pack and play, it fit very wonky and caused the middle segments to slightly overlap. Answer:	I have only had mine for 4 months now but, I live in a fairly humid climate and I have yet to see any mold or anything yet. My suggestion would be to put it in a mattress cover that will prevent mold or find a way to treat for it. If mold will grow on the foam then it will also grow on just about any other mattress type you would want to use. Also just as a quick observation, if there is mold in the house it will grow on anything stationary.
