I don't consume soy (no one should, especially if it isn't organic & this supplement isn't organic). I highly recommend Country Life brand Iron (I buy all of my supplements from them). Clean, healthy, junk-free supplements. My iron levels are back to normal thanks to the Country Life ones that I use...yay! Good luck! |
