Answer:	I am sorry, sounds like you may have had a bad experience. It's also easy to overlook the condition of the listing but to answer the question, it's about availability and options. There are many reasons a guitar could be sold as a replacement, the guitar down/up strum does not work; the whammy bar does has broke, buttons are sticky. Also what appears to be a disadvantage becomes an advantage when replacing a PS3 WT guitar (given you have the dongle) vs an Xbox 360 WT guitar. The cost is quite a bit in savings on the PS3. I should point out as a Seller that the first thing I state in all my listings condition, (most of the times pictured) with text that states "DONGLE NOT INCLUDED".
