Answer:	I gave this to my daughter for Christmas but I do not believe that the words "gun metal" were anywhere on the package. In fact, I believe that the item was only wrapped in plastic in an Amazon carton with no interior packaging. I would have called this more of a bronze finish...but my memory may be faulty.

Answer:	I have a 24" necklace hanging on the stand. The necklace does not hang completely. Part of the necklace rest in the leaf shaped bottom. The longest necklace that will hang completely is about 12". I do love this stand. It's pretty and easy to hang and remove necklaces.
Question:	How wide is it
Answer:	I have a 6" glass orb hanging on mine. I bought this piece to specifically display this item. However, I do not have pets or children and it sits away from traffic. It is not prone to tipping unless someone physically hits it. I love it.
Question:	How tall is this
Answer:	Called my daughter to ask her. She said she thinks it would be sturdy enough to hold a few sets of keys as long as they are not too overloaded. Says the base is pretty heavy.

Answer:	It is plastic, but it has the look of porcelain. It really doesn't look plastic-y or cheap. There is a soft backing underneath so it won't scratch your dresser.

Answer:	I currently keep my bead necklaces on it and there are 12 right now.....most are large "chunky" beaded pieces and one is a small beaded strand that is very long (I double loop that one on the top tier) still room for more! Love mine!

Answer:	The towel stand is very stable. It doesn't move at all when we use it. In general, it's very well made and heavy duty, yet looks very attractive. You need to use the smaller size hand towels, though.
Question:	Hi, Can I rotate the posts to face outwards
Answer:	It can accommodate folded fingertip towels and some smaller hand towels. Fingertip towels tend to be 11in wide by 18in long.
Question:	What is the height of the space from the base to the shortest level
Answer:	Perhaps the design has changed, I received mine 2-26-2015, base appears to be weighted, and has a rubber pad under it to keep it in place. I am quite happy with it, though if the towel or cloth is not dry and should catch due to friction of a wet cloth, and you pull directly to you vs up and off, you could pull it over, not easily tip-able in my opinion however.
Question:	Can this be customized so that the tallest tier is a maximum height of
Answer:	I use these towel trees in my master bath by each sink. I only use hand towels. I drape the hand towel over both"branches" and they do not drag. I would find it inconvenient to remove the hand towel from the highest branch and then fold it and put it back again behind the towel (fingertip?) resting on the front and lower branch. I haven't found anything I like better and unfortunately when designing this bathroom we forgot about the hand towels. So I was happy to have a solution.

Question:	Is this sturdy enough to hold all greeting cards such as the elaborate Anna Griffin cards
Answer:	I haven't had any issues with the stand tipping over. I think as long as you use all 4 sides, it should be fine. I have some pretty big statement necklaces hanging on it and have no problems.
Question:	do the clips damage the cards
Answer:	There may be small flanges of metal at the joints, but they're minimal. However, the entire piece is pretty small, so I doubt that it'd be useful for scarves (I can envision one scarf wadded-up on it).

Answer:	The number of necklaces varies depending on the size length and material of the necklaces, the amount placed on the jewelry stand varies based on personal preference

Answer:	I have 4x6 Pictures mounted on cardboard for display. This is a very sweet display for my 1 yr old Grandniece. I clip the pictures in any direction I want, and it holds firm.

Answer:	Umbra Crowd will go back to packaging size, if you plan on transporting on a regular basis we would recommend keeping the box that this comes packed in. I tried our sample here and opened and closed it several times without any issues.

Answer:	No. You could straighten it when loading the rolls of TP, and keep loading to the top. I don't know how stable that would be.
