Answer:	Hi Blair, the pool should be on a flat surface when filling with the ring inflated. Once you begin filling the pool with water stop after adding approximately 1 inch and push out the sidewalls from underneath the ring around the circumference of the pool. Begin filling again. Answer:	you use both the pump that comes with the pool and a saltwater pump that you have to purchase or acquire separately. the water goes through the pool pump first and then into the saltwater pump then back into the pool. The pool pump has to be on when the saltwater system is on. The saltwater system has a timer on it. You set the timer to run so many hours depending on the size of your pool. A 15' by 42" pool, the saltwater should be set for 3hours, usually after the sun sets so the chlorine will stay in the water longer. The saltwater pump will come on everyday at the same time. It only needs reset if for some reason it gets shut off.When the saltwater pump is not making chlorine the water simply flows through it and into the pool. My saltwater pump lasted about 9 years and it left the water crystal clear. Had to put 100 pounds of pool salt in at beginning of each season. Make sure the pool pump has been running about 1 day before setting the timer on saltwater pump. I always ran the pool pump 24/7. No problem with pool pump either. Just change filters about every few weeks.

Answer:	Did I get an a see for this question. I bought the 32x 16 saltwater system. Not sure how much sand for the pump is needed

Question:	Can you leave this pool up through winter
Answer:	We had a 16' round intex pool for 7 years. It gets to 110 degrees in the summer and 23 degrees in the winter. We never took it down in winter. Always keep water in it. We just cover the pump to protect it from the rain and freeze with old blankets and tarp. The only reason we are replacing is we want a bigger one, just ordered the 16 x 32, and we did not cover much in summer so over the years the top edge looks like it is deteriorating. When we took it down and cut it up to dispose of it, we found the top lip looked bad but was still very strong so probably could last a few more years. I have had pools before and it seems like if I did take down for the winter, when I put back up in spring, there were leaks. So I think they last much better if you leave it up and full, just cover and protect the pump for the winter.
Question:	With correct setup, reasonable care, how long can you expect this pool to last? Is the liner replaceable
Answer:	Ive had my handme down pool set up near 5 yrs, making it 6 . I leave it filled below returns all winter. I did cut in full size skimmers and returns bought on Amazon and 16 inch sand filter system. Freaking perfect. Its now rusting on the upper legs, so ill replace with 16x32 in spri g. Yes, you can cut in full size skimmers and a larger return. I plumbed it myself in hard pipe rather than garbage flex. Just put in unions so i can winterize it.

Question:	I want to put this indoors, what should I put under it, and do I need a special outlet
Answer:	This is a very nice little tub (I'm 6'2" and I enjoyed it). I bought a roll of reflective insulation to go under mine to aid in retaining heat. Otherwise nothing is needed under it and No special outlet. Just know there is a drain plug in the bottom. Mine never leaked and Bestway Customer Service was very good and quick to replace my heating unit when it leaked. You might want to put a HOT WATER HEATER Drip Pan under the heater (18 - 22") encase you need to disconnect the heater, it will capture the water from the pipes. Would've been great to have shutoff valves on the hoses and AIR hose!!!
Question:	How do you drain water from the tub? Is there an adaptor for a garden hose
Answer:	A garden hose adapter is provided that will allow most of the water to be drained. Once most of the spa water is drained, open the bottom drain valve on the pool floor to remove any remaining water.
Question:	how long does the unit take to heat from beginning to 104 degrees
Answer:	When I filled my spa, it took around 28-30 hours to get it to 104. Thats with the surrounding area at 45-50F degrees. The water started out at 54F degrees also, so roughly around 1-2 degrees per hour
Question:	How much does it cost for electricity to keep it hot
Answer:	Installed in my basement which has a constant temperature of 65 degrees in the Winter & 68 degrees in the Summer. My cost per kWh is $0.145. My $14.00 meter purchased through Amazon says 1$ per day to run the pump constantly, air jets on only occasionally, and water temperature automatically maintained at a constant 100 degrees. I am totally happy! I verified the kWh & cost manually by reading my house meter. Folks that paid more either have a tub located in a colder area and or have a much higher electric rate.

Answer:	It is not hollow, the back of your tablet, phone or other device rests against the material cover and the pillow it made of foam rubber. I guess you could lean it and put something behind it to vent it somewhat..
