Answer:	It is softer than a concrete/tile/wood floor and provides some cushioning on those surfaces. It seems to be a top surface of vinyl sheet flooring over a thin matting that contains the heating element and finally a bottom cover all hemmed around the edges. I would not recommend standing on it if it is placed on carpet or another soft surface, the vinyl surface of the mat could crease in that application.

Answer:	If you look at the table labeled "Technical Details" the Product Dimensions are listed as: 19 x 5.3 x 3.4 inches. Apparently someone dropped the decimal point and 5.3 became 53. I can't explain why even these dimensions differ so much from what the others who actually purchased this (I did not) have measured.

Answer:	I weight 107 lbs and stand on it all the time to reach high things in cabinets. It is lightweight plastic. Not sure if it would eventually warp from the constant weight but seems very sturdy to me. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I have used Northern Tool online to get small wheel replacements for a variety of carts, barrows and trailers. You need to be careful however to get the correct size and hole pattern wheel to fit your cart.

Question:	Do I have control over the auto off feature
Answer:	The unit is not as high as most foot rest if you have a safeco brand that adjust on a post this will not give you that kind of height. Only going to give you about 4 inches extra height
Question:	I wanted to buy this heating pad for my parents who live in Croatia, but I am not sure if the product could be used on their electric power 230 volts
Answer:	The one I bought a year ago did not come with any temperature control switch cord. It has a dial-type switch on the footrest with three settings, marked OFF, FOOTREST, and HEAT PANE. These can be translated to OFF, LOW, and HIGH. I have always used mine as a footrest, never as a "heat pane," or shin-warmer, so I never change the setting from the footrest position. What I did was buy an inexpensive foot-operated on-off switch that I put right next to the heater. (My heater is under my computer desk on a cold hardwood floor.) For me, that works perfectly. Even on the footrest setting, if I'm just wearing socks or barefoot, the heater can get uncomfortably warm. It's handy to have that switch just inches away that I can tap with my foot to turn the heater off for a while.

Answer:	Hello LR, Yes, there is a sturdy knob at the top of the panel. Three settings -"off, foot rest, and heating panel." There is a red light which lets you know when the unit is on. After a year and a half or so the bulb goes out on the led so you have to remember to shut the unit off when not using it. C

Answer:	No it does not auto shut off, You have the choice of off, low and high heat. I never run mine on high as low does quite well.
