Answer:	This is what I know: 1/4 cup=20g of protein and so you have a 40 servings. It is best to use it in 12 oz of water/smoothie. Otherwise figure your oz ttl in your bag and divided by 40 servings and again you will come out to 20g serving. You can also start with half of 1/4 for few days and add the rest. That is best I can do for you.

(I am not convinced that soy protein is "garbage," but because of a history of breast cancer and autoimmune disease, my doctors have told me to stay away from soy products--even though they say it is fine for others of their patients. Answer:	Hi...I found no chunks of peanuts; however, there are small chunks of chocolate. It's not really crunchy and I love the flavor because not too many protein bars taste that great. I had originally purchased a box with 12 bars and thought that was what I was getting this time. Wrong! Read carefully before purchasing because they do not sell them as boxes of 12 at all times it all depends on the seller.

Answer:	Alright so, considering how this would be an incredibly subjective question, and one also considers that I’m in no way a “picky” eater? I’ve tried all four flavors and they’re each perfect, when conditions permit? First, I prefer the chocolate mint with a cup of coffee or tea, a good dessert, too. The chocolate peanutbutter is a typical protein bar flavor, good for anytime before or after a workout? The chocolate fudge is good as well, it’s just, chocolate? Last would be salted caramel, my favorite because, one can’t *always* crave chocolate? But as I said this question is subjective?
