Answer:	You could remove the band, however sometimes there is a bit of residual glue that may remain. If you need one without band or a custom band you should contact Aeromax directly as they will try to do this sort of thing for you.

Answer:	Yes, but you would have to modify the hat by making holes in it and installing grommets to put the strap/cord through. It's not made with the holes already.

Answer:	I just bought these for my kids bday party in July... adults and kids were wearing and enjoying the hats! They obviously fit a little better on kids, but great item and great price for both kids and adults. And honestly, quality was much better than I expected as well.
