Question:	How can i access my 2 speed, agility, and quickness drill ebooks? i didn't see any information or link in my order confirmation email
Answer:	The buttons are small and there are three of them. One to turn the light on/off, one to turn wave sounds on/off and one to turn the wave `motion' on/off. The buttons are all the same size, so it might be confusing. My son is 11 months old and can press the buttons but it is random and not purposeful. My 1.5 year old niece also has a turtle and I know she turns it on by herself although I am not sure if she does in the middle of the night when it is dark. It would be nice if the main `on' button was larger.

Answer:	Yes! There is also a brightness control on the bottom. I have a 10x10 room, the entire ceiling and the walls from the height of the turtle are bathed in the "under water" light. I put it on the ottoman in the center of the room but even on a taller dresser it has great coverage. It is bright enough to change a diaper by too.

Answer:	I have 4 boys under 6, all love it, I even bought one for myself. Been using it for 4 years and I even packed in luggage for myself in hotel. I have a hard time falling asleep and this does the trick. Only 23 minutes but usually works, wish it went a bit longer! I just hit the button again in the rare case I haven’t fallen asleep in 23 minutes. Without it I take about an hour to fall asleep

Answer:	I'm not familiar with the twilight turtle but I highly recommend this one! It does make two different sounds 1 ocean waves 2 lullaby. With volume control and brightness control. Also motion on off switch for the waves. My 6 month old loves this had it from day one. Replaced batteries once after using everyday.

Question:	how long to charge dirt bike
Answer:	I believe a few hours or so if it's completely dead. When you plug the charger into the bike and the light on the charger stays green, there is a battery problem. When the battery is charging , the charger should have a red light lit up on it, when it's finished it will turn green.
Question:	does this bike have training wheels
Answer:	Nope, I am going to get some for my son. He couldn’t ride a regular bike but does much better on this. He won’t put his feet in the pegs, he lets them drag a bit. So training wheels would be a good idea.
Question:	why does the back wheel spin but will not run when weight is on the bike
Answer:	Because Razor changed the bike..no suspension..mine did that on the first day. Junk! Razor should be ashamed..
Question:	What age chikld is this designed for
Answer:	It says 13 and up which isn't true. My 9 year old who is averaged size really doesn't fit on it anymore, it's very small to the ground. He got it at age 6. My 4 year old daughter fits perfectly, but I won't let her ride it because she's still on a bike with training wheels. So I would say 5-10 years max.

Answer:	The set comes with an instruction booklet. The booklet has suggested exercises in it. There are lateral exercises like lateral shuffle, 2 out 1 in, 2 in 2 out. There are also hurdle exercises like lateral hurdle hop, hurdle drill, and lateral hurdle hop. The booklet includes a diagram showing you the step patterns to use, as well as a text description of how to perform them.To learn ladder drills, you may want to look into using a program like Beachbody's Asylum, which teaches ladder exercises.

Answer:	It's 15 ft. long. You'll get a great workout from this simple invention.
Question:	Is this ladder appropriate for a 9 year old? Are the 13in spacings too wide? Should I get an adjustable width ladder
Answer:	My grandkids play in it all the time, they are 10,8 and 5 years old. The 5 year old just has a good time but the other 2 are good at it. Think of the side of a hopscotch grid.
Question:	I notice my speed going down staircase have deteriorated considerably as I age. Can this product help me increase speed going down staircase
Answer:	IMO there are more components in going down stairs than going up and more than this device can train for. This is specifically for balance and speed and trained reaction time. The more comfortable you are on your feet the easier it will be to maintain balance and move around. Stairs however have an added complexity of strength in the knees needed to absorb impact and depth perception/spacial awareness needed to land correctly. It's not a cure all but it won't hurt either. You will still need to strength train your knees/quads and work on spatial awareness.
