How it Works

At the bottom of the handle, screw the handle on to the garden hose via the threaded standard garden hose connection. Once the hose is on, use the orange on/off button to control the flow of water. Place the wash brush head on the top of the handle by aligning the square peg with the hole, and secure the wash brush by twisting the threaded connector onto the wash head. Adjust the telescoping handle to the length needed by pressing the button found at the top of the handle when the handle is fully compressed. Hold down the button and extend the handle to one of its four locked positions and release button to secure the handle in that position. Once the garden hose and wash head are attached and the handle extended, you are ready to begin washing.

Question:	Is there a reason that there is no certification stamp on the product or package indicating lead free compliance
Answer:	Most new hoses have an off taste when first used. I usually run some water through the hose, a minute or so, before I connect to my RV. This helps wash out any left over chemicals from the manufacturing process. Most off tastes disappear after a short while. It is also recommend that you use an inline water filter with activated charcoal to remove chemicals and off tastes. There are several filters on the market for this and are good for a couple months before you need to change them. Most water systems you connect to will probably have a bad taste or odor. Something it's just the chemicals used by the local water plant or the well.
Question:	What size hose does it fit
Answer:	I just got the camcorder EvoFlex hose and I wrapped it with heavy duty aluminum foil then I taped the heat tape about every 5 or six inches to the hose wrapped in tin foil. Then I took foam insulation and completely taped it around the hose tape and tin foil. It has not been cold enough to use it yet but I did the same thing with Apex neverkink 25’x 1/2 fresh water hose and used it for two years in temperatures down in the teens. I can not see that there would be any difference.

Answer:	Yes, but you're going to want to make sure whatever means you use to mount it can support the weight (as a side note, it does not come with anything to hang it). The frames aren't exactly light-weight, and whatever you intend to store in them also needs to be taken into account. I would not try to hang the cubes with average-day command hooks. I take no responsibility for any damage that might incur from attempting to hang the storage cubes.
Question:	I need a replacement outside faucet handle 16 point .370 broach
Answer:	I would only set it up that way if I could attach it to the wall or place it between 2 other pieces of furniture to keep it stable. I am very happy with my setup, as shown, but filled with my sweaters, I put a dresser next to it to add stability when I'm pulling out sweaters to wear.

Answer:	There is a little latch underneath the handle that might be flipped up instead of down preventing you from using the spray. Also on the top of the nozzel is a screw thing that controls the flow. That might also be your problem. You will have to play with it.

Answer:	The body is die-cast zinc (pot metal). The trigger handle is stamped steel. The internals are brass. There is a rubber o-ring in the base. Not sure, what you mean by HOT water, but there is no insulation in the handle - it will heat up and would require a glove or something with really hot water. I have used one for ~ a year, 4 nights a week with hot and cold water (std water heater hot) as part of cleanup for patios and mats at a restaurant. Works great and has yet to break from being dropped or kicked around on concrete and asphalt like the plastic ones we used before did.

Answer:	Nope. My old one I've had for ten years (still works) was made Somerset, PA. It's stamped right on the side and I remember purchasing it back then because the packaging said "Made in USA". This new one is Chinese, I wouldn't have bought it. I don't support companies that do this to American workers. I don't even want it and my 5 star review will be adjusted.

Answer:	Not quite sure how to answer it, let me try. I use them on clay (all types of dryness), porcelain, play doh, and polymer clay.

Answer:	To be honest, this is a cheap set. The only piece I've ever used on the wheel has been the wooden rib and needle tool. I bought this and most pieces broke through normal use within a day or two at most. For someone using the wheel, and they plan on continuing with it, ask specifically what they need or just get a gift certificate to a pottery store they normally use. The tools I use the most are Kemper and Mudtools.

Question:	I bought this and just realized no screw is included. What size screw should I buy
Answer:	A screw for the center (can't remember off the top of my head, but I don't think one comes with) and some sort of cap or end for the pipe that will accept the screw. Even just a piece of dowel that fits inside the pipe that you can secure, and screw in the handle. Spray paint it to match the pipe first of it will be at all in your line of sight.

Answer:	There ae two different threads on the faucet that the handle may be attached to.
Question:	What is the maximum size stem that will fit in opening? I need a little over
Answer:	It replaced my blue Nibco #80 faucet handle that became stripped. I need a longer 8x32 screw to match the original screw from Nibco and the provided Danco screws would not work.
Question:	What is the radius of the handle's circumference action
Answer:	It will work on some stems, but it was far too big for my round stem, (which may be a 12 point?). Disappointed that they don't give stem diameter so you can know whether it will work or not.
Question:	Will this work on round, 12 point, faucet stems
Answer:	Mine came with 3 screws (it only needs 1 of course). It has a 10-32 (fine) and 10-24 (course), both 1" long. It also has a 8-32 screw that is a bit longer than 1/4". This is nothing special about the screws so you can substitute what was on the faucet or get something that works from the hardware store. The handle itself is made of some non-ferrous mystery metal, though it seems to be plenty strong. It has a 1/4" square hole that may fit as-is on your faucet. The extension is approximately 7/8" long and interlocks with the handle. On one side of the extension are two square holes 45deg offset from each other to give a 1/4" square and slightly larger square (0.272). The other side is about 3/8" square. Lots of possibilities for a fit and it worked well for me. Nice and solid compared to the junk knob that came with my faucet
