Answer:	First, make sure that you are using the proper fuel. "Zippo Premium Butane Fuel". Turn the torch upside down, insert the fuel canister into the torch and press and hold for about an 8 count. You should feel the torch go cold. Take out the fuel, give the torch a little shake and feel the weight. If it feels a little light, repeat for a two count. That should do it.

Answer:	We have about 25 of these torches scattered around our back wooded acreage. We have had them for well on 3 years and just now 3 have finally decided not to work. They have been in every kind of weather.. It takes 2 double AA batteries which we do replace as needed. The batteries are the rechargeable kind usually they will say for outdoor solar use. You can get them at Lowe's etc. but usually we get them from Amazon in bulk.

Question:	i have a torch light that doent work
Answer:	I think the following product would satisfy your needs. Check it out on Amazon, Bebrant Extension and Joint Kits 4-Pack Solar Flame Torches, 12" Extension Makes Tiki Torches Taller I would think they would fit, but have not studied it. I am going to order some when I get some other items to order. My TomCare Solar lights came with 4 lights and all parts except it only came with 3 of the center pieces. that connect the 2 parts. I think it will be easier to buy this set, than to send all 4 back, and wait to get them.
Question:	Can the bulbs be changed? If so, is it a standard size socket
Answer:	I'm not sure if you can buy extra stakes...but my husband dug holes and placed pvc pipe into the holes. Then we placed the stakes inside the pvc. It fit perfectly. So now when he mows the lawn, he removes the stakes/torches and mows and replaces them when he's finished. It's a possible solution for you. It worked for us.

Answer:	Really don't know, but was disappointed in the light output after purchase. Uses two solar batteries per torch and puts out less light than 7 watt holiday bulb. Nice for mood but you can't read anything from the light output while standing right next to the lit torch. Am using the torches in patio vases and not in ground, where I believe most people would be using as landscape lighting. I have many landscape lights and the torches provide less than 1/2 of their light. Hope this helps-

Answer:	Use a flat screwdriver and gentle pry out the battery!
Question:	Will these shut off automatically or do you have to turn them off every night? Can you just keep them on
Answer:	The top unscrews easily (the part with the sensor on it.) I unscrew it and gently wipe down inside and wipe it with a damp cloth. The outside also wipes off very easily. If you haven't purchased these, they are made of a plastic/resin material. They definitely look nice - not cheap- and I appreciate how easily they clean off. One other tip...three of the torches actually lit right out of the box without charging them. The fourth did not. I truly didn't expect any of them to light without first being charged in th sun. After a day or two, all were lit and have stayed "strong." I hope that this helps. Enjoy!
