| Answer: | A1: the base lights up. The globe does not light up. A2: the globe free-floats and rotates sporadically. If you spin it with your hand, it will rotate in that direction for quite a while. However, at some point it will stop and/or else begin slowly rotating on its on. A fan or breeze would probably cause it to spin, too. |
