Answer:	I have mine on plastic. I don't know why you couldn't attach to porcelain tile. The backing is like a two-way tape--one side attached to the hook, the other for the wall. Two hooks are provided.

Answer:	I use about 1cup per month or more often if I think more grease may have gotten into drain.Pour in before you go to bed,let sit overnight.I have a septic system that's been here since 1960's,with 30 gallon grease trap straight off kitchen sink. Question:	Will it work on clog that is several feet past the trap in shower
Answer:	At least in my bathroom sink, it was a disaster. This product dissolved something and the pvc pipe detached from the pipe under the sink causing a leak that damaged everything I had inside the cabinet and the hair was still in there. I had a clogged sink and now I have a useless sink because I have to find a plumber to fix the pipes. Thankfully I have two more bathrooms with sinks that I can use. Take the risk if you want, I'm not using it never again.

Answer:	I didn't use it immediately after Drano, but I used it after trying Drano for months if not years with limited results. This worked the first time I used it and three months later the drain is still flowing free. I was frankly amazed. I've never seen a product work as well. (I did flush with boiling water after letting this work overnight. I don't know if it enhanced the effect, but I am extremely pleased with it.)

Answer:	If it is not glossy tile then you are probably out of luck. For example, there is no suction cup in the world that is going to stick to the 12X24 stone-look stone-texture porcelain tile I put into my new shower since it is, well, stony and will leak air.

Question:	Can this just be poured in the toilet or di I have to open the lid for the septic tank
Answer:	I pour mine in the line between the septic tank and the distribution box. If you can find the distribution box it is a good place to pour it in, also. I need to do it once a month. My system is 45+ years old. Pouring it into the septic tank might dilute it too much. You should ask the manufacturer.
Question:	Where is the the t section
Answer:	My husband says the "T" section is what he calls the "clean-out". Just put it in at the toilet. This product is amazing! We have had lots of problems because we HAD a drought. It breaks loose the TP that clogs the "out pipe" to the drain or leach field. It works within 2 days. Now we use the monthly treatment. No more costly septic cleanout.
Question:	How is this added to the system
Answer:	Bill, I added it to the distribution box as I have easy access to it and it was nearest the issue. Actually I have two distribution boxes as I pump the septic tank drain and seperated gray water to the third box where I added this product. Instructions are to add to toilet as I suspect that is the only access most people have. - Bob

Answer:	Actually, for this particular product, the best place to add it is at your distribution box (if you can access it and know what you're doing)... and the best time to do it would be while your septic tank level is still below the output tee. The idea is to get this stuff into the leach lines (aka drain field) and bypass the tank if possible.
