I just bought poles and clips that US Flag Store explicitly says are made in the USA. (Some brackets are made in US, most aren't. I didn't like the style of the US made ones so I did not buy a bracket there.)

It resides inside the lamp fixture and is designed so that the user can select a higher intensity light, consuming more energy, thus dimming sooner, or a lower level which presumably will last longer. Ours is set to the high setting and lasts long into the night. Changing the setting requires some disassembly of the fixture.

Answer:	We replaced 2 wired top mount pillar lights with the solar lights, so didn’t need any brackets. Our installation was very simple, but yours may be more involved. We love the lights! They give off as much light as the wired ones and look great!

Answer:	Batteries tend to be the #1 issue for these solar lights. Battery packs are warrantied for the 1st year (as is the entire fixture), however only have a life expectancy of (2) to (3) years. Quite possibly you have just seen a premature battery failure here. The lamp is then the next most likely possibility, however as you've mentioned, the LEDs are touted to last 8 to 10-years under normal operation. We recommend contacting the manufacturer for the swiftest and most cost-effective solution.
