Answer:	Yes and no. I'm 5'11" 240lbs. The chest and shoulder straps fit great. No issues there. The belly strap is REAL snug though. It could do to have a couple extra inches added onto it for comfort.

Answer:	Mine (the black one) did come with an American flag on it. But it's a Velcro patch so if you don't want it, you can easily pull it off.

Question:	Does this have straps across the bottom to lash things to it
Answer:	It's about 12 inches deep 12 inches wide and 20 tall. Plus the side pockets which are another 2 or 3 inches on each side (big enough to hold a nalgene bottle in each side pocket). It's a 50 liter pack so its pretty big. It would be probably considered a "three day pack" meaning you could store enough enough stuff for three days of field combat/ camping etc. I love the pack. The build quality is good and has a plethora of pockets.. Plus its "molle" so you could always add more pockets on the outside...but the buckles could be stronger.

Answer:	I am 5'3" 148 lbs and small fits me perfectly. Medium probably fit you, but look at the size chart to determine your size.

Answer:	I’m 6’0 and 178 and the XL fits me well. I would get a XXL but it might be too long from the arms. A friend of mine got a XXL and he is 6’0 and about 220. If it doesn’t fit, you can always send it back. Yes pretty good about their product.

Answer:	It is 5-10 depending on the temperature you store them in. At 65 degrees storage with no light people have reported meals lasting 15yrs. Personally I would replace them every 2-3 yrs after the inspection date to make sure extra fresh but again they will last way longer.

Answer:	I said this for a taller heavier person. It mostly depends on your build. I am 6’2 240lbs, people reading that size probably think I’m an XL or even more. I’m actually a Large because I actually workout and look like I’m 40lbs less. Going back to the question just take a look at the shirts/long sleeve shirt you have right now and base it off that. Remember you can also return it (if applicable) and get the preferred size that fits you perfectly. And/or you can learn how to do the measurements yourself to know for future reference what your exact size is. And for INGLOCKWERRUST, not everyone has a measurement tape laying around and know exactly how to measure themselves or even find someone who can.
