Question:	What is the height and width of the individual cake
Answer:	The individual cake tins are 1 3/4" high and 3 1/2" wide. I found recipes on the net, for carrot cake, orange spice and others, and used them for Christmas gifts for my co-workers. You do have to be careful not to go beyond the 2/3rds full. Some of mine were overfilled and were rounded on the bottom.

Answer:	Each of the 6 cavities is 3-1/2" dia. x 2" deep, which is larger than your average jumbo cupcake, 2 1/4" x 1 1/2". We suggest a mini cake box.

At the die casting facility, molten aluminum at temperatures of over 1200 degrees F is ladled into a chamber where an arm rapidly pushes the liquid aluminum into the die (mold). This takes place in a fraction of a second, and the aluminum solidifies as it hits the cooler mold. The two halves of the mold open up, releasing a very hot but solid aluminum Bundt pan.

Nordic Ware was founded in 1946 by a determined wife, Dotty, and her resourceful husband Dave, newly back from the second world war. Answer:	I have two different Wilton 6-cup pans. The one shown, dark grey or black in color is 15.75 inches wide, and the brown or bronze colored pan is 16.75 inches wide. I hope this helps you.

Answer:	Most cakes will need to cool completely because as they cool they will pull away from the sides. If the cake is sticky, it will stick to the pan the longer it cools. Make sure to grease the pan, though. I use a cooking spray that has flour in it and that generally does well.

Answer:	They are definitely smaller. Not a lot smaller but smaller. They end up the size of a donut in circumference

Answer:	With boxed cake mixes, I put 1/2 cup batter in each "slot" and bake for 12-14 minutes. I bake two pans at one time. I also turn oven temperature down 25 degrees because it is a dark pan. I also made carrot cake from scratch recipe and baked 18-20 minutes.It does depend on your oven and your recipe.

Answer:	They’re so easy to clean with soap and water I haven’t tried them in the dishwasher. I assume they are small enough that they will flip over and just old water if you put them in the dishwasher.

Answer:	I have used these mini Bundt pans to make a variety of Bundt cakes and small cakes. I have not done angel food yet, but I do not see why it would not work. It’s kind of cake I have done pound cake, Bundt cake, tea cakes, etc. have done very well. The one thing I have noted is that the baking time For all the cakes had to be cut in at least half. So set your timer and begin checking the cakes well before half the baking time.
Question:	How many of these would it take for a full cake batter
Answer:	It depends on the cake. I have been baking with these for the last couple of months every week and it varies from recipe to recipe. I have found that a cake that has 2 cups of flour in it usually make somewhere between 10 and 12 mini buns. It depends on the other ingredients. Cake recipes with 3 cups of flour, Again depending on the additional ingredients, has made anywhere from 12 to 15 mini months.

Answer:	I did not have this problem, but I do kind of bang my pan on the countertop to make air bubble rise before placing in the oven.

Answer:	Buttered them really good and a light dusting of flour which is the old-fashioned way but still is tried and true. Cooking spray did not work nor the $10.00 bottle of non stick spray I bought along with the trays.

Answer:	To preserve the integrity of all Nordicware pans, the pans should never be put into a dishwasher. Baking residue is never an issue and easily removed by a warm water sudsy rinse.

Answer:	I guess it would depend on which pan you were looking at .. ei "And the mold size of the other one is 13 x 8.75 Inch, each cavity measures 4" in diameter and 0.75" in depth, volume is 5 oz per cavity" The math suggests 13 inches and the diameter of THREE is 4 inches.. 3x4 is 12 and the pan is 13 inches. Question:	Will one six-bundltlette pan hold all the batter from a regular box of prepared cake mix
Answer:	I don't use prepared cake mix so I can't give you an answer about that specifically. I can tell you that each bundlette cavity holds about 3/4 cup of batter. What you can do if you are using a prepared cake mix is to fill each cavity no more than 3/4 full (if you overfill then it will spill over when baking and be very difficult to remove the baked cakes from the pan). With the leftover batter, bake however many cupcakes you get out of it, depending on the size of your muffin pans.
Question:	If I use a regular full size bundt rum cake recipe, how many of these mini pans will it fill
Answer:	The mini pan holds 4 cups batter creating 6 items. If you mean a 12 cup bundt pan. That would be 18 items and you would fill the pan 3 times.If you mean a 10 cup bundt pan. That would be 15 items. The formula: cup size volume of large pan divide by 4 cups (size of mini pan). This will tell you how many time to fill the pan. Multiply this number by 6 (number of items in the mini pan). This will tell you how many items you will get. Hope all this helps.

Answer:	I would line them individually with saran wrap before I put the ice cream in it. Unless you have another way to make sure it comes out. Sounds like a very fun idea.

Answer:	Yes, I would buy 2. All 6 cavities together will hold 4 cups of batter, meaning approx. 2/3 cup of batter per bundtlette. If you have an 8-cup bundt cake recipe, that will use 2 pans perfectly. Mine was a 12-cup recipe, but still only bought 2 pans--they are a bit unwieldy to need to store all 3, so I compromised with 2. Hope this helps!

With only five hundred dollars in their pockets, a few good ideas and a desire to create a business of their own, a humble kitchenware company was launched from the basement of their home in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In the beginning, Nordic Ware’s product line was only a handful of items, all of which were specialty Scandinavian ethnic cookware products. But times have changed! 70 years later with a good measure of perseverance added, Nordic Ware is still proudly manufacturing the vast majority of its products in Minneapolis. We’re proud to say that we’re still family-owned and operated, with three generations involved in our business, and each year we add innovative items to our expansive kitchenware line.

70 Years of Innovation

With wife Dotty at his side, Dave Dalquist returned from WWII to start a business. From humble beginnings in a basement, Nordic Ware has become an internationally distributed kitchenware brand with a variety of product lines, hundreds of products and millions of fans!

Still a family owned and operated in the US, the company is honored to occupy a place in the new Food History exhibit at the Smithsonian in Washington, D.C. Last fall, Nordic Ware was chosen for the prestigious 2015 Minnesota Manufacturing Award for Sustainability, which firms we work hard to minimize our environmental footprint. Our company moves into 2016 poised for the future, with last year setting an all-time record in sales volume and production efficiency.
