Take the pill and coat it with a small bit of olive oil, butter, margarine between your fingers. It will slide down so fast and easy, you won't taste it. I use this for my vitamins (a/k/a the size of horse pills sometimes) and they go down easily. I am a person that can only take one pill at a time, and this works for me. Good luck to you.

However, since this material is usually very thick, we can only say that you can have a try, because we haven't done similar attempts before. Answer:	Citrus extract may have some sugar in it, but it should be minimal, and citrus extract has been shown in some studies to actually benefit diabetics. Glycerin tastes sweet and sometimes used as a sugar substitute for diabetic friendly products. It is a polyol, similar to sugar alcohols such as sorbitol and erythritol (some sweeteners used in zero sugar beverages). However, unlike sugar alcohols, glycerin shouldn't raise your blood sugar. If you have diabetes, you should really do a lot more research on common ingredients. You should be able to read ingredient lists and know what to avoid.
