A: Everything is included in the package. It comes with hooks which is what you hang them from. You need to drill holes in the ceiling insert the studs(also included) and then insert the hooks inside the studs.

A: Yes, they can. If solid hooks is used to attach to the ceiling, such as strong adhesive hooks/sticky wall hooks, it works perfectly.
