You can however turn the t-valve to a lower water pressure setting and leave it on - that way you will always get water but at a lower pressure.

Answer:	Depends - most of the bidets i have encountered are internal to the toilet bowl. this is an external hose that ties into the initial plumbing line before it even enters the toilet. this device is more akin to a sink sprayer/hose. however if you have a bidet that is a hose, than i imagine there isn't a great difference. But the external hose allows you to move around and flush more stuff

STEP 1: TURN OFF THE WATER SUPPLY

Turn OFF the water supply valve at the wall next to your toilet. Twist it clockwise as far as it will go. Flush the toilet and hold down the handle to completely empty the toilet tank.

STEP 2: MAKE SURE THERE IS A RUBBER WASHER INSIDE BOTH THE FEMALE ENDS

Confirm that the flat rubber washer is inside the top of your bidet’s T-valve (hint: the top of the T-valve is where the spinning nut is located), and it is pushed all the way down to tighten the connection.

STEP 3: CONNECT THE T-VALVE AND THE HOSES

Screw the top of the T-valve onto the toilet’s fill valve where you just unscrewed the water supply hose. Be careful not to over-tighten the connections. Screw the toilet’s water supply hose to the bottom of the T-valve. Connect one end of the handheld bidet hose to the side of the T-valve. Screw the bidet sprayer head onto the other end of the bidet hose.

STEP 4: TURN ON THE WATER SUPPLY & MOUNT THE SPRAYER

Turn the water supply valve back on. If you notice that any connection is loose or leaking, you may need to add some plumber’s tape. If you’re leak-free, your hand-held bidet sprayer is installed and ready for use!

Toilet Mount: Screw the holder onto the toilet tank clip. Lift up the toilet tank lid, slide the clip onto the side of the tank, and replace the lid.

Wall Mount: Use the drywall screws and anchors to attach the holder to the wall.

Question:	Follows the install directions perfectly, but the t-valve where it connects to the toilet leaks no matter what I try. Any advice on on how to fix it
Answer:	The top part of the T-valve where it screws to the toilet might not have been screwed on straight, in my case it was very hard to screw on vertically-- you could see that if you look at it. It took me several attempts to fit it straight. Most toilets have plastic thread which makes it worst because the T-valve is metal which might damage the plastic thread, if that happened you'd have to carefully saw off the damaged part and hopefully you'll have enough thread left to install the t-valve.

Answer:	You may have over twisted the tee valve connector to flush pump causing it to stuck the float open (inside tank) and now water constantly flows down drain from over fill tube you may need to use the dounut washers that you can buy from plumbing supply or Hd stores in plumbing section near flush tanks and toilet pipes. the reason you use these washers is to not torque the fittings flushed to flush pump stem from outside and almost all flush valves have beveled thread where it connects to hose and it’s the opening that is wide needs to be compensated only by beveled washers for flex lines .

It's important to turn off the shut-off adapter (t-valve) after each use to close the water supply to the bidet. STEP 1: TURN OFF THE WATER SUPPLY.

Turn OFF the water supply valve at the wall next to your toilet. Twist it clockwise as far as it will go. Flush the toilet and hold down the handle to completely empty the toilet tank.

STEP 2: MAKE SURE THERE IS A RUBBER WASHER INSIDE BOTH THE FEMALE ENDS.

Confirm that the flat rubber washer is inside the top of your bidet’s T-valve (hint: the top of the T-valve is where the spinning nut is located), and it is pushed all the way down to tighten the connection.

STEP 3: CONNECT THE T-VALVE AND THE HOSES

Screw the top of the T-valve onto the toilet’s fill valve where you just unscrewed the water supply hose. Be careful not to over-tighten the connections. Screw the toilet’s water supply hose to the bottom of the T-valve. Connect one end of the handheld bidet hose to the side of the T-valve. Screw the bidet sprayer head onto the other end of the bidet hose.

STEP 4: TURN ON THE WATER SUPPLY & MOUNT THE SPRAYER

Turn the water supply valve back on. If you notice that any connection is loose or leaking, you may need to add some plumber’s tape. If you’re leak-free, your hand-held bidet sprayer is installed and ready for use!

Toilet Mount: Screw the holder onto the toilet tank clip. Lift up the toilet tank lid, slide the clip onto the side of the tank, and replace the lid.

Wall Mount: Use the drywall screws and anchors to attach the holder to the wall.

Question:	Do you have to switch flow to fill tank
Answer:	The valve for the bidet sprayer has 3 positions. On mine, the way I installed it, when the valve handle points down, the sprayer doesn’t work or but the tank fills. When the valve handle is parallel to the floor the sprayer works and the tank will fill (but slowly). When the valve handle points up toward the ceiling, neither the sprayer works nor will the tank fill.

Confirm that the flat rubber washer is inside the top of your bidet's T-valve, and it is pushed all the way down to tighten the connection.

Answer:	It can stay in the on position, no problem. I have had 3 of these in different bathrooms for a month now and have left them on without any issues.

Answer:	No. You will need to manage the pressure to keep it at a stable amount and that should allow to keep the sprayer on at all times and have ability to flush as well.

Question:	Why is the t joint leaking where it connects to the toilet? I place the washer correctly. Ive tried 5 times
Answer:	My son, an employee of the city water dept. offered this explanation. The nipple coming out of the toilet is plastic, the fitment is metal. When you tighten the metal fitment tight enough to crush the washer you stretch the plastic threads, hence the leak around the threads. Both fitments need to be plastic or metal. Hope this helps
