Answer:	It hasn't fared well for us. We have an older one which held up for about 3 years before needing to be replaced. The lifetime warranty allows you only one replacement, so it really isn't a lifetime warranty at all. If you live near the beach, consider yourself lucky if it works for 2-3 years. That said, it is for outdoor use, just expect to lubricate frequently especially after rain or if you live near saltwater.
Question:	Does this lock have any harmful chemicals Prop
Answer:	Don’t put it in your drink or cook with it, if it mixes into your drink or food it could make you sick but I believe the report said you’d have to do that 834 times to have a negative affect on you. But on a side note I read just the paper from the Prop 65 rule could make you violently sick if you eat all the paper in just one setting.

Question:	How does it work in the cold
Answer:	I don't live in a VERY cold place but have worked the lock in freezing snow with no issues. I have to "clean" it every couple of years with a good soak and cleanout with lock lubricating spray.

Answer:	I purchased this particular model based on recommendation from our local National Guard armory. they use these locks for their security purposes and have had great results. I've had mine outside on gate 24x7 for about two years w/o significant problem. when we have an ice storm, all the locks are frozen up so that's not a fair criticism. short answer, however, is that I don't know how they would do in 24x7 high humidity. if I had to pick one of my various locks to try, it would be this one.

Answer:	7/16", just shy of half inch in diameter. Heavy duty, I'm impressed. I use two to lock the doors on my 53' van trailer.

Answer:	The app is required to set up the fingerprints (up to 15 sets) of your padlock. After you set up the fingerprints, you can open the lock with your registered fingers without the app. You may use the app to open the lock too.

Answer:	I have an iPhone and it is in the App Store.
Question:	Can you add multiple locks to the app
Answer:	Yes, if other locks are same model or also use the same app "oklok", you can add.
Question:	how does one get it to lock again? unlocks fine, but then won't lock again, any suggestions
Answer:	It locks just like any other keyed lock. I returned mine. The app is worthless
