Answer:	On your bike, there are three wires, two are close to each other on one side, while the other wire is on another side. On your digital computer, there are also three wires, two are close to each other while the other one is kind of separate. You connect the loner with loner. For the couple, I guess it doesn't matter, since there are only two options, can't really go wrong twice.Gods knows why they did't give us the instruction...

Question:	what is the stride length for this elliptical
Answer:	I tried one out in-person through a second-hand app (Offer Up). I'm 5'10" with long torso, legs same length of a lot of 5'8" people I know . . . It is a VERY short stride length. Felt more like going up stairs than gliding like a gazelle. Would overtrain quads and not get glutes/hamstrings/calves enough compared to a longer stride. I don't recommend this unless you're quite short or ok with more of a stairstepping than elliptical action.
Question:	How do you get rid of the clicking sound
Answer:	I have the same problem. All the washers and bolts are good. But the clicking sound seems to come from the right side. Any remedies?

Answer:	It does not fold up. Once assembled, it is 34" long (at longest point), 20" wide (at widest point), and 60" high (at tallest point).
Question:	Is it difficult to assemble
Answer:	Is not difficult. Just make sure to read the instructions fully before starting. There are several instructions that say "do this..." and then you do that and right below that it says "note, before doing the above, make sure...". Also, connecting the tension cable in the handlebar post is tricky unless you sprout a 3rd arm. I would recommend having someone else assist you or lay the elliptical on it's side to perform this step.

Answer:	Hello See the photo of the unit, it has the adjustable Chrome Swinging Arms plus eight positions to select foot pedal, they can provide users with a length of 1.5 inches long adjustable only with the combination adjustment. This is not the kind of adjustable stride length like a unit that can provide user for 3 to 4 inches adjustable, but the combination adjustment are all the same level and position not like the stride length adjustable. The unit they will need to put the machine from different units inclined position, so the stride can be longer, yes, the stride length is longer but it will lose the comfortable feeling when using the machine, please check on the description of step adjustable unit, they all are the same need to step on the machine/Step foot to an incline position, if need to adjust the stride length, please consider on the option, the most comfortable position is to keep the unit with same level be the most comfortable feeling,. Answer:	As long as the dumbbell handle measures longer that 4.8" (distance between the dumbbell racks), then rack can accommodate the weight.

Answer:	Assembly is pretty simple, as long as you get the different parts (nuts, bolts, pieces of the rack) organized first. The instructions that come with the rack tell you what the different parts are and how many of each there are. You need a couple of tools, and good lighting. Otherwise it's pretty simple. I suggest that when placing the bolts/nuts, you keep the heads of the bolts on the inside of the rack (toward where your hands, and the dumbbells, will be going) rather than the heads on the outside. This will minimize the risk of scraping your skin or damaging the dumbbells if they are rubber-coated, when you're using the rack. If you are "non-handy" it might take an hour or a little bit more to put it together, but it's not bad. It's a nice quality rack!

Answer:	See the machine include a Chrome adjustable swinging arms the will enable the unit got the stride length with adjustable stride length between 17” to18.5 “ depend on the position user stand on the large pedal the longest stride length will be standing at the number 8 position but this condition must be a tall person so got longer hands. As for the height of the elliptical route there are three position with the chrome swinging arms middle one will provide at 250 mm height , upper hole will provide at 230 mm height and the lower hole will provide at 200 mm height .
