Question:	Can you actually see/feel results with this product
Answer:	Yes, but it is not going to be the same as going to a gym using heavy dumbbells, barbells, and machines, but it is a great replacement when you have no way to access a gym (like during the Covid-19 shutdown.) It will take a while to get creative with how to use the bands, and if you are pretty strong you will have to use multiple bands, but it is still a great option. I like to focus on both the concentric and eccentric movements, as well as holding the pull to tighten the muscle. If done right, you will get a good workout with results.

Answer:	Put the resistance band through the loop on the door attachment. Put the hard plastic part of the door attachment over the top of the door, shut the door. Slowly pull the band to bring the door anchor up tight against the door. Lock the door so someone doesn't open the door while you have the band stretched which will cause the door anchor to fly at you leaving a bruise. Had it happen to me.

Answer:	The short answer to your question is yes, Tyvek bands are recyclable. The longer answer is that while the bands are essentially made from #2 plastic, they can't be recycled in your neighborhood recycling pickup. You can send them back to DuPont to be recycled.
