Answer:	This model, like a lot of cheaper acoustics, only has one. The easiest thing to do is tie the other end of the strap to the headstock, by the nut. Or you could have a second button installed at a guitar shop (or on your own if you're brave).

Answer:	There is a tuner. You just set it to the guitar and plink a string, then the tuner shows the tone. It’s very easy. I was a very beginner but could tune it immediately.

Answer:	Yes, it's going to be too big for most 8-year olds. I'd recommend that you go to a regular guitar store and try several out before making your decision, so you have some benchmarks to help you decide. There are 3/4 sized guitars which sound pretty decent for beginners, and also there are cutaways and double cutaways (Yamaha for example) with thinner bodies that make it easier for a child or small adult to learn. Also ask about the "scale" of the guitar. Regular scale is 25.5 inches, but slightly shorter guitars will be easier for children and small adults to play. I recommend that you buy a brand name, as well. If the guitar is well-made, the person is more likely to stay with it and end up learning to play the guitar.

Answer:	This acoustic does not have nylon strings. Steel strings are installed from factory on the CC-60S. It is possible to install nylon strings but adjustments to the nut will be important as the treble strings are thicker in size. I would recommend taking to a Fender Authorized Service Tech to have these adjustments made to accommodate Nylon strings for this Fender guitar.
Question:	some guitars are more difficult due to the amount of pressure needed on strings by fingers. How does this guitar relate to that

Answer:	It more about the size of the child. My daughter plays one and she is 5ft 3in and wieghts about 110lb. So I think the average 14yr old could definitely handle the size.

Would this be the best introductory instrument for a 13 year old boy

Answer:

It's an instrument that emits sound. Paying an additional $100 bucks may or may not be worth it. I guess if you played both instruments side by side you could make a better decision. I do not know what your playing level easy, but if you are a beginner the Fender would be the best choice. Once you progress, and improve on your playing ability, then you would be in a better position see if you are going to stick with it and purchase the more expensive guitar. Always purchase based on your budget. If you are purchasing using a credit card and it puts you further in debt would it really be worth it?

Question:	Does this guitar need set up (other than tuning) out of the box
Answer:	I bought mine from amazon warehouse so it had been previously sold and returned. Didn't play well out of the box and had lots of fret buzz so it could be that it got out of whack after being shipped four times....plus the shipping box was damaged so much so that the delivery guy thought I should refuse it. Make no mistake this is a budget guitar, but I think the quality is very good. A lot of people modify them with upgraded pickups and electronics, but I think it sounds just fine as it is after getting the setup right. Downloaded the adjustment instructions from Fender website and bought a new set of strings for $7 and a string action ruler for $8 and checked and readjusted where needed. Took a little time, but it plays nice now with no fret buzz anywhere on the neck.

The bullet is a great playing guitar, usually right out of the box. If your new to setup, have it looked at and setup correctly by your local luthier!

Answer:	Small! I usually wear large gloves. The size large on me fit well, firm on fingers, but they got wet and muddy once and then they dried up. They won’t fit unless I soak them pretty good now.
