Question:	Can these cooling towels be used to dry off after a shower post workout
Answer:	I have no idea. The purpose of this towel is to be wet so it keeps you cool while working out. As it feels warm, you just take it of your neck, spin it around in the air a few times and it is icy cool again.
Question:	Does this cooling towel dry soft or stiff like cardboard
Answer:	This cooling towel is soft when dry. I use it for my daughter on hot days in her stroller, we roll it up really small and put it into the diaper bag. It's really soft and doesn't have the chemical smell of some of the other ones.
Question:	How big is this towel
Answer:	XL towel is15" by 36", the Lg. towel 12.25" by 33"' and the reg. towel is 6.12" by 37".
Question:	Can this be washed in a regular washing machine
Answer:	It washes easily by hand. I have also washed these many times on delicate in a machine with no obvious issues. They still look and work like new. However, I only use low suds "free" detergent—never any fabric softener, bleach, or other chemical additive.

Question:	Does it mildew when put back in the plastic zipper bag that comes with it? I'm not quite sure what to do with it between uses
Answer:	Mine did not come in a zipper bag, it came in a plastic tube. I've had it a few weeks and "re-tube" it almost daily. I've never had a problem with mildew, probably because I use it often and the climate in AZ is exceedingly dry. If you live in a humid area, you may want to consider hanging it on a towel rack to let it breathe,then re-wet when time to use. If I don't "re-tube" mine, I typically fold in 1/2 and put in the Fridge. Happy Cooling ~
Question:	Is this the kind with polymer crystals inside? When you get it wet, it absorbs and enlarges
Answer:	No it is just a cloth made from some weird material that is stiff until you wet it, then stiffens up again as it dries.. doesn't really cool at all.. just made me sweat more.
Question:	What size is it
Answer:	About the size of a hand towel. Fits nicely around your neck. Works great!!! Wet and cold but does not drip!
Question:	Okay, so you wet it, and wrap it around your neck? Doesn't it drip onto your clothes
Answer:	Correct. If you over saturate with water, it can drip onto your clothes. We recommend wringing out excess water before use to prevent this from happening.

Step 1

Soak in any temperature water for at least one minute or until saturated.

Step 2

Twirl, wave or snap to activate.

Step 3

Place the cooling towel on one of the major pulse points. These areas contain large blood vessels near the skin’s surface that regulate body temperature.

Step 4

The towel will provide cooling as long as it’s wet. To reactivate, repeat steps 1-3.

Machine Wash

Machine wash with mild detergent and like colors.

Air Dry

Air drying recommended. Towel will dry very stiff but is easily softened with water.

Storage

Towel can be stored once dry. Storing wet in a sealed container not recommended. Rewet to soften.
