Question:	How does the shoulder belt clip work? It it attached to the seat somehow
Answer:	The red belt clip is adhered to the rear of the Chicco GoFit Booster seat using a web fabric strap. The clip attaches to the vehicle shoulder strap using the open slot in the clip. The instructions demonstrate the proper placement of the clip. The only problem is that the position does not stay constant. Whenever the child reapplies the seat belt, the clip must be readjusted which should be done properly by an adult. I bought this booster because of the shoulder belt clip, but it doesn't work as well as I'd hoped. My seven year old grandson doesn't ride with me frequently so I have some time to work with another way to make the strap stay more firmly in place, perhaps adding an 'S' type buckle. Answer:	I'm not the law and I only know this from having lived in the U.S. for the past nearly 20 years; don't know exactly for what purpose you would want to put a child in a booster seat in the front passenger seat. According to the passenger restrictions and requirement of motorized vehicle, where a child needs to be on a restrain and the department of motor vehicle, children under the age of 12 and under 4'11" can't seat in the front passenger seat.

The pad will need to be hand washed with warm sudsy water, rinsed clean and air dried. We cannot suggest using bleach or other harsh cleaners, nor can we suggest dry cleaning. I do want to clarify for you if the padding is washed/dried in the machine and it becomes damaged, this is not covered under warranty as all machines are different. That is why we recommend to hand wash/air dry. This will also be outlined for you in the product manual that comes with the booster in the event that you need to refer to it in the future! Question:	Does this seat fit with 3 car seats across one seat
Answer:	It would really depend on the size car you want to use them in. A compact...I doubt it, mid size...maybe, sedan, or minivan...should be no problem. I think they're about 20" across if you count the width of the arms, not the width across the bottom which is more like 15" or so. We used this one in a jeep grand cherokee along with a full size carseat. There was room for a 12 year old in between but it was tight and not that comfortable for the passenger.

Question:	what is the height without the arm rests
Answer:	I would say about 6-8 inches. It should be enough to give an 7-12 year old enough height to properly fit the seatbelt across their torso and lap. We don't have ours anymore as my daughter is now 5'2" and 12 years old, however we liked this one.
Question:	Does it click to be in the middle of the back seat
Answer:	There are rigid latches along the back of this booster seat. The ability to use this seat in the middle seat depends on the vehicle. Please check for anchors along the bite of the middle back seat.

Answer:	Not sure off-hand, but you can adjust how the booster sits on the seat (front to back), which is a nice feature.

Answer:	If you are speaking on the latch that kind of clips on to the seat belt buckle and holds the position of the belt over their body properly, mine did. It gave me a littl ebit of an issue compared to the graco one we have in our other car but we have had it over a year and it's great.
